Auch der Kundensupport reagierte auf meine Anfrage sofort, da ich eine längere Sattelstütze brauchte (bin 1,95m groß). Alles in allem eine tolle Kaufentscheidung. Würde wieder ein Produkt von dieser Firma kaufen!

Jeep: UPDATED REVIEW: I received the first bike which was defective. After a bit of back and forth with the customer support they sent me a brand new bike and I got to keep the original.

First I have to say that the customer support is phenomenal. One of the reasons I chose this bike was because many reviewers mentioned the support was good - I agree. As mentioned my bike arrived defective and support helped me through the process. I was a bit annoying, but I ended up with a new bike in the end.

As for the bike itself, the ride is very smooth and the bike makes no noise at all. The price point was great for a beginner who isn't interested in a subscription-based bike like the pelton.

The seat is quite comfortable and very adjustable. The handlebars have good material which offers a good grip even when getting sweaty.

My only disappointment was that the reader doesn't show RPMs. Only the speed in KM/H (or MPH).

Paul Chamberland: Ça ne fait que quelques jours que j'ai reçu mon vélo que déjà je peux dire que je suis très fière de mon achat. Très facile à monter avec son cahier d'instruction détaillé. En fait, même sans cahier il aurait été très facile à monter. Il s'agit d'un vélo qui est très stable, suffisamment pesant justement pour qu'il soit stable. Il a des pattes en caoutchous ajustables, au cas ou votre plancher ne serait pas de niveau. Il est ultra silencieux, ma femme en a été très surprise comment ce vélo ne fait pratiquement aucun bruit. Ce que j'aime également de ce vélo, ce sont tous les ajustements possible et c,est ce que je recherchait. Autant le siège que le guidon s'ajuste en hauteur (verticalement) ainsi que de façon latéral (hotizontalement), ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en passant. J'ai vu plusieurs vélos, même plus dispendieux, que seul le siège (la selle) était ajustable. Pour le prix, ce vélo est fantastique et me convient parfaitement!

Steve Earle: I was contemplating which bike to get for a while and decided to purchase this one. Many reviews online loved the X2 but I wanted to be able to connect it to my phone for using it with apps. So I decided on the X2 Pro.

Installation took about 30-45 minutes. Very easy to assemble. Most of it is already put together.

Pros: Quiet. Feels very sturdy. Bluetooth. Display shows rpm’s, speed, distance and watts. Love that it shows your resistance % as well.

Cons: Display is not backlit despite it showing it in the pictures. Hard to see. Also the bluetooth does not transfer your resistance to the app so you can’t see your resistance when using any apps as the display shuts off when it’s paired to your phone.

J. D. P.: A bit of a long review but big for item of this size and price, more info is better than less. I cross shopped this with the Schwinn IC3 and some of the Sunny Health and Fitness models in the same price range. I previously purchased a Sunny model in the $300 that lasted for a little more than a year before the seat post broke at the seat bracket. I was concerned about buying a bike that I could not inspect in person to see if the materials were thicker, more robust after the failure of the Sunny. I'm leaving 5 stars for now but 4.5 is probably closer to the truth. The bike isn't perfect but I am mostly happy with my purchase. That opinion may change over time but these are some immediate impressions.

Pros - price w/ delivery was about $580 w/ a coupon from Amazon. As is common with these types of bikes, there is not much assembly required so I think most folks can buy without expert assembly and be ok. The company provides an assembly video but I used the included tools and manual to put it together. Assembly was relatively easy but the bike has some weight to it so a second set of hands may help, especially when adding the base supports. Everything else...

AngelaAngela: Pre-covid, I rode a Peloton bike at the gym every other day for a little over a year. I loved it and it made me love to workout, which I never really liked before. But, covid hit and my gym closed and I didn't want to pay that much money for a bike. After a very long period of no riding, I decided to buy the Cyclace bike. It was great in the very begginging and started making so many squealing sounds and I had to adjust things and grease things regularly and it would still be so loud. The sound was driving me and my family crazy. I eventually sent back that bike and bought this one. I haven't had it for long, but it is just a shockingly good bike. It is very close to the Peloton in smoothness of the belt, flywheel and resistance feel. I only have a couple of issues and they are small/or can't be helped in a bike at this price range. Here they are:

Handlebars: I am 5'11" with long arms and normally wouldn't even notice if something was not maybe the best for a shorter person. But, I think it is noticeable on this bike. Jay Armstrong: I have been attending spin classes at the gym for about 8 years, so I've been spoiled riding $2000 commercial grade bikes like the Keiser M3. I wasn't sure what to expect for $400, but this is a very nice bike. It's built like a tank, very solid. It's easy to adjust the seat to find a comfortable position, the flywheel is pretty smooth and quiet, and there are places for my phone and water bottle on the handlebars.

It wasn't too hard to assemble, I did it by myself in about 45 minutes. I have SPD shoes, so I immediately replaced the pedals that came with the bike - but these pedals are pretty standard for this price range.

There are really only two things I miss about the high-end bikes at the gym, compared to this one:
* On some high end bikes, the resistance is controlled with a simple lever, and you can see the numeric resistance level on the display - on this bike you have a knob to crank, and it takes quite a few cranks to go from very light to very heavy resistance. But again, I think all bikes in this price range are designed this way.
* The display computer is ok - but I would prefer RPMs instead of MPH, wish it had a backlight if...
