Casha M: I someone add a disclaimer about a pump in one of these reviews. They are a separate purchase. I have sweetened my coffee with Jordan syrups for many years and now have started to add a little to my water. I find I'm drinking more water, works for me. I don't find it has any chemical taste, or that it's too sweet. I just add more water if it's too sweet or add less the next time. I like ordering the sampler box AND ordering it from Amazon. The value is great and I save on s&h.
