Did have to put a large dog feeding tray underneath as it does splash. I put some anti already drops in & the splashes were bleaching my new stained/stamped concrete.
It is a bit of an ordeal to clean this fountain but manageable.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the cleaning issue. Too bad they didn't make it with a good plug at the bottom!

Gord Parkinson: Unlike concrete fountains it is lightweight and easy to move but seems well built and is a great addition to our back deck.
It looks great , the sound is pleasant and it doesn’t splash everywhere

AnnaAnna: This is a very nice fountain and it came all in one piece, no assembly required and not too heavy. It’s made of some kind of resin or fiberglass but it looks like stone. You can see the stone I used at the base and it matches the color perfectly.
At first I thought it was leaking from the little door on the back, but then I realized it wasn’t completely leveled. Once it was leveled the leak stopped. I’m very happy with it! It sounds really nice!

Nancy Randak: This fountain is amazing! it came in 3 days and we installed it right away...very easy to do.
We have it in our outdoor entryway...the water sounds are wonderful...the water bubbles out from the top and flows into the 2 bowls below it...a nice, soothing sound.
At night, the LED lights in the 2 bowls light up beautifully.
The customer videos of it helped us make the decision to buy. We love it!!

K Lower: I am happy with the product except water inside the tank flows out of the tank and stains the outer back wall of the fountain.
I have tried to correct it but I still see stains.

The unit is quite heavy and has a low center-of-gravity and that keeps it from tipping over if accidentally bumped. Once placed, all it requires is a standard electrical outlet and for the reservoir to be filled with water. I purchased some solar floodlights from Amazon to show it off at night. The tiered waterfalls are also lit with LED lights secured to the bottom of each cup and add more illumination to the fountain. The water pump and LED lights continue to function after 3-years of 24/7 use.
As for the negatives, it is difficult to clean the interior reservoir of algae and to drain the unit. It doesn’t have a bottom plug for drainage, so one has to lay the unit on its side and do ones best to empty the reservoir. This can be an awkward maneuver as the fountain is heavy, especially when full of water. Cleaning the pump is...
