LAURA FITZPATRICK: We bought the bear fountain for our new front porch. It is so nice. The only issue we had was one day the water stopped flowing, my husband realized the pump hose had detached he used a zip tie on it and no problems since. This is such a nice addition to our porch enjoyment. The company seems to care about the product as well.

Lilith Blue: I bought this as a gift. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. However, customer support was amazing and sent a new one out right away. The second one arrived just fine. It is just so cute, sturdy, quiet, and overall very happy with the purchase!

Amazon Customer: My wife was so excited when she found this fountain on Amazon and it had a great sale price, so we ordered it. We waited impatiently and then it finally arrived. The box was beaten up but we we optimistic. We opened it and it was in pieces so I went online, requested a replacement and shipped the broken one back. The replacement some how got lost, sitting in TN for over 3 weeks. I finally asked for a refund.

When delivered it was missing a part. Called the Alpine Corp they sent the part quickly.
