A reader who likes good writingA reader who likes good writing: I have a teenage cat who mostly lives outside so wanted a place for him to hide out, sit, and play on my covered patio. This is perfect. Perfect size, quite roomy for him, stands up well to tropical climate, and my cat plays in, atound and on top of it all the time. He sleeps on top at night. He also chews the heck out of it and it is holding up well. Other reviewers mentioned a smell when they first got it... it smelled like wood chips vaguely, not unpleasant at all and the smell goes away. I liked it so much i bought a second one for inside the house

Kim: Modern looking house for a small to medium size pet. I use it for my rabbit and my bunny loves it! I can wash both parts where they sit and reversible to keep cool or to keep warm with a lovely fuzzy size.

Autumn Redleaf: I have a monster size cat that fits in nothing. I was afraid when this came, he wouldn't be able to squeeze his 17 lbs into it or it would cave in when he got on the top of it. Pleasantly wrong. He can fit into it and the fact it folds down is incredible. We will be traveling across the country then getting on a cruise ship so this is going with him the whole way to make him and my other cat who is only 14 lbs haha feel safe and make the most out of their shared kennel on the cruise. Great buy.

bvaz: The 'engineered wood' panels of this very nicely fabric covered Condo are a cut above the usual cardboard, and lend a nice aroma to the space. Only real issue is that for the floor area, the interior height is fairly low--not usually a problem but for a larger or pregnant cat (what I bought it for), perhaps. (Pay attention, the height dimension in the picture includes the 'parapet wall' for the perch above the condo roof). Similarly, the round opening is a bit smaller than most. And for the price, it would have been nice to have a more thickly padded insert for the top perch (a complaint that applies to many similar condos) Otherwise, for a small to medium kitty and if you have your own pad to add to the top (if your cat insists on one), this condo is likely to outlast the others made of cardboard, and look--and smell--good doing it. The green color, by the way, is very attractive and a nice break from the usual grays, browns, and beiges.

LisaLisa: She loves this! My cat is about 13 pounds, and she has more than enough space inside, and it’s sturdy enough that she has no issues sitting on the top.

I love that the inserts are reversible because she hates the plush side, but loves the hard “summer side.”

Only downside is that is had a pretty distinct smell out of the bag. She immediately wanted to go inside, but hesitated because of the smell. It took a couple days of airing out, trying to mask the smell with catnip, and luring in with treats, but now she spends all day snoring inside it while I work!
