GageGage: Lots of other brackets looked really flimsy. This is pretty decently beefed up. Nice heavy metal and I certainly have no concerns of my unit falling. Easy to install and keeps the mini split off the ground! Came with everything to install but I did use different concrete anchors.

A D: Thanks to previous reviews I became aware of the issue of the horizontal arms not being square to the wall I'm mounting this bracket on and resulting in the condenser being tilted back towards the wall if everything left as is. One review mentioned adding washers to the back of the fixed wall piece to remove this tilt. I pondered over this issue and came up with what I hope is an easier solution especially if your mounting a Mr Cool unit. I took the rubber vibration pads that came with the condenser and placed two of them under the rear rubber vibration pad that came with the mounting bracket and by luck it raised the rear mounting points enough so condenser can now be level. I needed a longer bolt to go through the new arrangement but I'm hoping that it will keep everything together properly. Also you will need to use the rear adjustable pad that attaches to lower end of the vertical arms and touches the wall. Make sure its turned all the way in. Condenser should be level and maybe you added some extra vibration isolation to boot! Good luck.
