Manikanda Prabhu: It worked only for 10 months. display is gone. I have to replace the batteries and then found the power cord is not working either.

G. Haltom: For a small box, it contains a lot of things. Pretty simple to operate after reading the instruction box. Like the two USB ports on the front. Love the simple brightening or dimming feature just by pressing the dial on the top. Multiple brightness levels from no light to the face of the sun. Turning radio on is easy, setting timer requires reaching behind and pressing a button on the back which also can turn the alarm on if you aren't careful. All in all, pretty cool inexpensive alarm clock and the only item I might not like is the speaker will rattle if the volume is loud. I replaced a Bose I had for 25 years, and of course may have been spoiled.

Peter Mousiol: This is a very good product. Setting time and alarm clock is easy. I like the dimmer function of the display in the night, the different alarms one can chose. All good, but...no Australian plug. One cannot operate it on batteries alone, they are only a back-up. That means if you are in Australia you need a US converter to plug it in. Luckily I had one in the drawer. That's why only 4 overall stars.

adelvogel: I love everything about this little alarm clock radio, except that you can only have 1 of the 2 alarms clocks on snooze at a time. I am used to using my phone for my alarm clock, where I can have 5 alarms going off, each with its own snooze function. With this alarm clock, if you are using both of the alarms to wake up, the snooze function will only work for one.

There are more features I do love about this alarm clock, however:

- Alarm volume control is separate from the radio volume control.
- Really like the 7 alarm sounds: birds, an oriental song, a piano concerto, piano song, flute song, smooth jazzy song, and the radio. The sound quality is better than most alarm clocks in this price range.
- All functions are easy to set with the accompanying instructions.
- The snooze button is nice and big and easy to find with eyes closed. I never accidentally hit other buttons that would turn the alarm off.
- I love the 6-level adjustable brightness, with no brightness as one of the levels. I like to have no brightness when I am sleeping, and if I wake up and wonder what time it is, all I have to do is hit the snooze button to get the first level of brightness...

D. M. Rose: I had a love affair with my old alarm clock. I had the same clock for years, it was sort of like a reliable old friend. I liked that it had two alarm settings, an AM/FM radio and a dimmer (any light will keep me awake). I recently came to the reality that my old friend had finally worn out. When searching for a new clock, I wanted one that had the same three functions as my old one, those were most important. I came across this clock searching Amazon and decided to buy it. It was smaller and lighter than I expected, and it concerned me a bit that it was not up to par. However, I found that it does work very well. I am able to get many stations on the radio, the dimmer is perfect, and it has two alarm settings. I did have a little trouble trying to get the alarm set to the radio instead of the sounds available, but I got it eventually. Also, the two USB ports in the front allow me to charge my phone during the night, and it has a temperature readout, those are very nice extra features. It also allows for batteries in case the power goes out. It's a little clock that does a lot, so I am pleased with it so far.

MnM: I wanted a small, digital alarm clock with battery backup in case the power went off during the night for awhile. The clock itself is quite small. It takes very little space on the night stand. The display is large enough to see easily. It has several brightness levels. I set it to the lowest level above “off”. If you set the brightness so you can see it easily during the day, it will probably be too bright at night. It was for me. I didn't want a glow in the room at night. (I guess it could be used as a night light.)

As other people have said, the instructions could be better. But I'm used to poorly written instructions with inexpensive products. If you read the instructions a couple of times, and look closely at the pictures, you can figure it out. Things are always going to be a little quirky when you have just a few little buttons to program lots of things. I have some experience writing user interface instructions. It is not easy.

This clock lets you choose one of five different wake up chimes, or you can wake up to the radio. I chose the radio. The station you select for wake up can be different from what you normally use during the day. That way you can...
