Sed: I used this to fix the hinge for the kitchen cabinet doors. It filled the hole and was strong enough for me to drill and put a screw thre it.

Ray Garrett: I fixed 2 long cracks in a rifle stock.

Tim D: Used this to epoxy the base of a broken wooden office chair. The chair has casters and the central support where the legs attach was broken with one leg broken off. I was skeptical it could be repaired at all. It was very easy to use with a good working time. The wood needed to be held for four to five minutes, then it was left to fully cure. The bond is very strong with no wood movement. I think it is stronger than new. The color was a little lighter, but not very noticeable. Squeeze out was easily removed with a sharp chisel. The resealable syringe works great. There were no problems using the epoxy again five months later.

Antonio Cunha: Utilizei para uma união de peças sujeitas a grande pressão. A primeira impressão é boa mas só o tempo dirá se a resistência da colagem está de acordo com o que o fabricante diz.

Frankentronics: The second one I bought appears to be a completely different product than the first one I bought. The first one was great. It mixed easily and spread easily. The second one was like a thick grainy paste that would not work for a glue job that would require squeeze-out, as it was too thick to produce any squeeze-out. Also, the second one stiffened way too quickly to give me enough work time. The second one was so different I actually had to go back to my purchase history to make sure I didn't mistakenly buy a different variety of epoxy. Now I know it was probably a bad batch and I know what to look for next time I buy. If it appears think I will have to return it and buy another one, in hopes that it comes from a good batch.

rantbot: The syringe has a really weird cap with no hint as to how it's removed. (Here's the secret - turn the cap a quarter turn and then wrestle with it a bit.) Then to get the glue out, push lightly on the plunger - at least, that's how epoxy syringes have worked for the past forty years. Not this one. Nothing comes out. So, press harder, right? Still nothing, Then suddenly one component shoots out in a big blob which lands on whatever you have nearby. I've been using similar syringes for decades with no hint of excitement. This new-fangled type seems to be the answer to the question nobody actually asked.

Well, at least cleanup of the unset glue or components is easy. Oops, no it isn't, as there's no information about what solvents are suitable. I've never seen such basic information omitted before. There's a lot of space on the back of that blister pack, but it's not put to good use. The common solvents I've tried don't seem to do it. So now not only did the syringe shoot epoxy all over everything on my desk, it's impossible to clean off.

The color of the mixed epoxy is a weird sort of dead-fish white. It darkens slightly after setting but still isn't my idea of anything...

Fred: This is an excellent product. I've used it on glass, plastic, and metal. It's critical that you get the proportions of the two chemicals correct or it will not harden and hold beyond minor stresses. Also, it says that it takes a couple days to fully harden. I've found that the longer you let it set, the stronger it gets. I recommend a week if you can spare the time. As a test I put whatever is left over in a plastic cup with a nail or something stuck in it. Check that in a couple days to see the movement as a guide for whatever you're cementing.

Nathan Norman: I used this product to repair a king size bed. The headpiece and end piece were attached to the sides of the bed with insert screws that had stripped out their holes. I had used another product to try to repair the same problem in the past, but the product was not strong enough and the holes stripped out again within a week.

I mixed up the WoodWeld epoxy and filled in the holes. It felt really solid in just a few hours, but I waited 24 just to be safe. I was able to then drill pilot holes partly in the bed, partly in the WoodWeld filled hole. It worked great, held strongly and didn't chip apart at all when I drilled it. The bed has now beer repaired for 5 months and is holding as strongly as the day I fixed it up.

This will be the first product I look for if I ever need to repair another piece of wood furniture. On a side note, the stuff smells absolutely horrible (like hot dog poop) but it dissipates quickly and is a small price to pay for how sturdy the epoxy is.
