PHX LIONESS: The injector machine chops the tobacco too fine so it doesn't pack very well. Once you make the cigarette, it does not hold. All the tobacco falls out. The instructions could be more specific, but, I'm not sure that would help. I did not see any instructions to help packing the cigarette; no way to correct the tension.

Steeler VixenSteeler Vixen: I bought this little device to RYO after shoulder surgery. Couldn't do Topomatic and didn't want to spend a bill on the other electric models. I feel the need to defend this product... I've seen a lot of bad reviews about dropping cherries and ashes, cigarette going out, etc. Before purchase, you should know there is a learning curve to using this. But once fine adjustments are made, it's great! Tip one, ditch the plastic hopper, tray thing, and black tamper they slow things down. I use my finger in the entry to assist the tobacco into the spinning doodad. Next, if your tobacco is too dry, you'll experience the falling ashes and cherries problem. Too moist, and it will go out or be hard to draw. Adjust the spring to get the right pack, and sample your results until you like it. Left is looser, right tighter. With the right tobacco, level of moisture, and spring setting, a pack is really quick to "roll" and few adjustments needed for the rest of the tobacco bag. I hold the butt end of the tube with one hand when starting to get near the filter full, and again at the tip end.
