Amanda: Good quality wood. I've had it 4 years now. Light still works and I've moved it at least 4 times and it goes back together no problem. Only thing I dislike is that the paint it fickle and gets messed up if you get polish remover or baby oil on it. Cups that sweat do leave rings so the top of mine is not pretty anymore.

LoriLori: I absolutely adore this vanity; not the chair/stool so much, but the vanity. I am very pleased and I was able to put it together all by myself. The instructions were very easy to understand and all the pieces were in my order. I am not sure what the review about being top-heavy is about, but I don't think it is top-heavy at all. There is plenty of storage and it goes together very well. It took me about a half-hour. As long as you go one step at a time there shouldn't be any issues. The mirror also came in one piece with no cracks or breakage. The vanity was packaged with care. I do agree with the reviews about the light adjustment no being in a very good place. I too think it should be in one of the corners. The dimmable light works very well and is easy to operate. I think it looks amazing in my room. I did change out the knobs and replace them with something a little less plain and it even makes the vanity more elegant. The chair/stool. What can I say about it. It is the tiniest chair/stool ever. Even when I was a teen, I don't think I would have felt that this chair would be enough. It is very cute, but not a chair that I will be able to sit on and feel comfortable with doing...

MSMS: Update: This seller is amazing and worked with me on the issues. My review of the product stands but I wanted to emphasize that this is a great seller.

This item is very disappointing and I would not recommend it.

Vanity arrived missing drawer pulls, with crooked dividers, and multiple cracks in the finishing. Inside of one of the drawers was covered in some sort of black powder.

Not all surfaces are finished, or even have any paint (see images), so the insides of the tabletop organizer have rough, splintery, non-sanded sides that scratch up brush handles and ferrules, makeup palettes, makeup bottles, and anything else put inside them.

Drawers do not have glides or rails. The three bigger drawers have two very thin strips of felt on the bottom that will wear out quickly with daily use and they are difficult to pull in and out. The only thing that stops them falling out are tiny stops that simply do not hold the long drawers in when things are inside. The two smaller drawers have nothing, no glides, slides, or even felt, on the bottom just wood grinding on wood.

Vanity and stool legs are also not painted well with numerous finishing flaws and...

Imani Twyman: I love the way this looks! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s very top heavy, which makes sense why the directions state to nail it to the wall. The stool that comes with it is child sized. I’m 28 and 5’5 it just doesn’t work to sit in but that’s an easy fix anyways. Otherwise the mirror is beautiful and I love that it’s touch screen and lights up!

R.M.R.M.: Just got this in. Came in perfectly intact! The expectations were met, but the clean look, easy to assemble, and sturdy chair truly surpassed the expectations!!! It is simple, but pretty. Works well, and mirror is easy to wipe clean and doesn't streak. The 3 light settings is also a great bonus and this entire vanity doesn't take a whole lot of room, which is perfect! Only 2 cons/negatives might be for others: the fresh paint odor was still there but eventually goes away, and the drawer pulls/knobs are plain Janes but can be replace. Overall verdict: VERY GOOD and highly recommend to others.
