Denise WilliamsDenise Williams: This vanity is perfect! My husband says it was very easy to put together. The drawers come pre assembled so it's just a matter of putting the legs on, assembling the stool & putting the mirror up. The cushion on the stool is very nice & comfortable. The thickness of the cushion is nice, the material is velvety to the touch, very nice. The vanity itself is very sturdy, the height is perfect, the drawers have plenty of space for all my goodies and best of all it's customizable. Inspired by another reviewer I took a can of spray paint & painted the drawer fronts. I exchanged one of the knobs (in the bottom middle drawer for a solid silver one) then added the desk mat. All done in one day! The mirror is big & clear. It does not magnify so I got a small table top mirror for magnification. I did purchase separate vanity lights but I'm not sure if I want to add them yet. I'm going to line the drawers with some shelf paper for sure to give it more customization. The drawers seem to be plenty deep to be able to hold all of my makeup plus the cubbies on the top will hold makeup brushes & things like that. janina: It's always annoying when people write in the reviews that the size of an item wasn't what they were expecting when the measurements are in the description! But really, this is a little smaller than I excepcted... like 10% smaller than expected. It's more noticable when you step away and look at it sitting next to real sized furniture. I'm thinking of putting it on risers.

Anyway, arrived in 2 parts, the vanity in 1 package and the mirror in another, the next day. Mine had no damage, but it was covered in a dust... ? Super easy to assemble, just put the legs on and attach the top to the desk. I added vanity lights around the mirror and drawer liners and it's a nice little setup. The brown is a nice dark espresso color that matches the Ashley furniture brown pretty well... if they aren't next to each other.

Points to note:
The space between the stool and bottom of the desk is small, (about 5 inches). You can only sit one way and get up one way.

Drawers are smaller than expected. Main 3 are not full length and the 2 on the sides are slightly smaller than the drawer face. Interior space of the side drawers is about 10"x5", middle is 10"x8". There is a drawer...
