A.NAKH: I needed a label printer so I can take to trade show and print labels on the go. The small ones in the market did not work. This printer is perfect as it is not too big and with the app you can easily print labels. I have used many different sizes of label and it works great.

Jade Miles: I bought this printer before Christmas last year and it is already not working. It's impossible to get ahold of support and can't fimd anything on Google or even YouTube to help with the issue. It's partial printing my labels and cannot be fixed. I'm sad I have to buy another printer in under a year and I'm even more pissed the warranty is done. Crap product and I want recommend or purchase again
Such a major fk up for small businesses.

baba yagababa yaga: Imprimante catastrophique.

Achetée pour faire des etiquettes pour des produits...
Elle est arrivé dans un emballage avec du sucre qui c'était renversé et il y en avait partout..
ce ne fut que le prélude..
1 Il n'y avait pas d'étiquettes ( donc prévoyez avant!) il y avait seulement une étiquette imprimée qui
sortait de l'imprimante...( je n'ai pas compris si le produit était neuf ....)

2 Installation du pilote sur Pc ok
3 Installation logiciel sur PC catastrophe. ça a fini par marcher mais ce fut la croix et la bannière
4 Pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais c'est mort ( moi je le parle couramment mais bon...)
5 Aucune notice juste un quick guide totalement obsolète.

6 Vendeur pas du tout réactif

6 Une fois installé le logiciel sur pc... pourtant étant assez forte en informatique...
voilà qu'au bout d'une heure je n'ai toujours pas compris comment ECRIRE SUR L ETIQUETTE.
J'ai réussi rapidement a mettre une image mais impossible d'écrire

7 Il faut, d'ailleurs, entrer manuellement la taille de l'étiquette: l imprimante ne détecte pas
automatiquement la taille ni la forme.

CindyCindy: This is an amazing little printer! It was incredibly easy to set up and I thought I would try it out by printing an image, I am in awe of how fast this label printer is ( and I was only on the med speed setting) and the print quality is great! It is a nice compact size, and does not require ink and is compatible with a wide range of thermal sticker papers. It is perfect for my small sewing business for shipping labels and logo stickers and any other label stickers I need. Absolutely happy with this!
