Alan: Estoy en México y compré este sistema de purificación, vino con una falla en una de las válvulas. Me comuniqué por correo al servicio de ispring y me mandaron repuesto de todas las válvulas e incluso me regalaron un filtro por la molestia.

No hay soporte técnico en México, solo en USA y es por correo, porque no responden el teléfono. Solo responden un correo al día aunque les mandes varios.

La falla que presentó mi sistema, la detecté yo y fue después de hacer muchas pruebas, incluso usé un multimetro. El soporte que me dieron fue básico, prácticamente les comenté del error y les dije cuál creía que era la falla y ellos no me preguntaron más y mandaron el reemplazo de las piezas.

Si se necesita conocimiento técnico para poder reemplazar las válvulas y ellos solo me dijeron avísame cuando la instales, yo me las arregle para hacerlo.

Iba a calificar mal el producto por la mala experiencia, pero llevo 2 semanas con el sistema trabajando y la verdad es que me encanta. El agua sabe muy bien, el motor es silencioso, si tienes baja o alta presión no importa porque la bomba viene con válvulas que regulan la presión. El agua del grifo...

Mom of Jacks: This system replaced an older system we had. The system was easy to install using a combination of the provided written instructions and video provided by manufacturer. After installing the system, our provided faucet had a leak. A phone call and email (proof of purchase) later and Sean at iSpring had us a new faucet in the mail. We received 3 days later and have had no problems since! Water has no taste, which is to say the system is working fantastically!

AndrewAndrew: The unit is well built & it feels very sturdy. Unfortunately, it was missing the front & back washers for the faucet. I emailed customer service about it. The following day, Nick replied & said he would use express courier to send me the missing parts. I also asked Nick if it was possible to send an adapter that would allow me to connect to an existing valve instead of using the valve supplied by iSpring. To my amazement, Nick made the promise. The parts arrived a few days later. Installation was very easy. There was no leakage at all. You have to make sure not to over tighten the connections. I decided to purchase tubing from my local hardware store that had 0.17" inside diameter instead of using the one supplied by iSpring that had a smaller 0.142" inside diameter. I believe that made the flow rate better. There is no issue with the taste of the water, this coming from someone who switches from a Reverse Osmosis system. The only thing I don't like is there is always a droplet of water hanging at the end of the faucet after every usage. However, it's only a minor issue. I would like to thank Nick for his excellent work & all his help!

Erin Slattery: We have now installed 3 of these systems on three different houses with wells. All houses have wells with water that is very high in minerals. My husband gets kidney stones so we had to find a solution that did not involve buying bottled water. This system not only provides water that tastes great, but it also pours quickly. Since installing the system, my husband has not had an issue, our coffee pot has not had near the mineral build up and we haven't had to buy bottled water. The system is easy to install and outstanding quality especially for the price. Would buy again and again.

Rod P.Rod P.: I installed this system in the basement utility room since there was plenty of room and easy access to my plumbing. I plumbed this RO system into a separate faucet at the kitchen sink and into the water and ice maker in the refrigerator.
Our kitchen faucet had soft hot and hard cold water plumbed into it. The hard cold water to the faucet was leaving significant hard water marks in the stainless steel sink. After installing this RO system in plumbed soft cold water into the kitchen faucet since we don’t drink from that faucet now. The hard water spots aren’t an issue in the sink anymore.
The water from this tastes good (or maybe better described as no taste which is good). We don’t have any water volume issues with the ice maker. The volume out of the faucet and water dispenser in the refrigerator is kind of slow but that was expected, All works well with the system in the basement.

Dino O.: After extensive research on quality and the overall experience of other users, I concluded that I would purchase the RCC7-AK RO system. Installation was made easy by the literature and installation videos and other resources on the companies website. I am very happy with the overall taste and quality of the water produced by the system. After a water quality analysis I am very happy to see that the filtration system works well. Perhaps what surprised me most about ispring is the excellent customer service. I have a unique existing set-up and the customer service representative Sean was excellent in supporting customizations that I needed to make as part of my install. Sean truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I have no reservations about recommending the ispring product especially given the excellent customer service.

UPDATE: 02/09/2018 - 5 Stars since the valve I had issue with in my original review has been redesigned.
This kit looks like the very best value for a RO water system. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, and they have consistently followed up through the years, provided upgraded or new parts as needed, and have worked diligently to improve their product to be the best on the market. I was contacted by Josh again to follow-up on my review and my concerns. He offered to send me new filters, but also told me that the supply valve had finally been redesigned again. I received the new valve, and it looks to be exactly what should be needed for typical installs in the US (I have no idea what connections or fittings are used in Canada, EU, etc).
