Kripa Venkat: Product seems to work well! At least for the first 2 weeks, I don’t expect anything to go wrong from here! They have spent good amount on $$ on making the product look robust! Same goes with the material that is provided! Instructions to assemble is terrible! It has been over engineered and is nearly impossible for even the brightest to understand it! Luckily common sense worked for this one! Since the product is very well designed, just looking at various elements, one can put them together using their head! Highly recommend the product, just don’t waste time on the instructions sheets inside!

Joel: I used this product for my new RO system. My old system was of a different brand. and I could use the ICEK 3 with my new system. In fact, I wanted to use a section of my old installation, so that it would be easier for me, and I could make the installation with a different tubing measure, from 3/8" to 1/4".
Originally I didn't buy the ICEK3 (I bought the ICEK), but the company told me to send them a copy of the invoice, and they sent me without charge, a new ICEK3, and also another quick connection to change from 3/8" to 1/4" tubing.
I appreciate very much the good service of Nick, from iSpring company.

install. Install is quick an easy. Water taste is good. Note that in the first few days you may will see small air bubbles in the glass but they disappear in 2 to 3 days
