MichaelMichael: The media could not be loaded.  The original one that came with the RO unit, (even though it broke eventually), was much sturdier feeling. This thing feels so cheap I don't think it will last nearly as long as the original one did. Not only was the original one sturdier, it was also bigger and manufactured far superior looking and feeling. (Minus the internal cheap, plastic parts that eventually degrade and brake so you have to buy another one). This thing is ALREADY feeling loose and does not turn smoothly.

Mike Los Gatos: Installation is very easy unless you have counters that are difficult to drill. Mine are Corian and a hole saw did the job easily. Installation to the water line was straightforward for me because I already had another same sized supply line near by under the counter- I simply had to tee this line into it to make this faucet operational.

The stainless finish is very smart looking and appears to be high quality.

Consider where you will tap this faucet into your water supply lines. This step can be easy or hard depending on your existing plumbing. Kits exist on Amazon with an assortment of various fittings for connecting these faucets and refrigerator ice maker lines.

Justin L. Herman: I got this faucet for my iSpring RO system that feeds a seltzer carbonation system. Being 100% stainless is perfect as non-stainless fixtures are incompatible with seltzer. (carbonation attacks copper and brass and other metals) I did have a small issue with my valve leaking while closed after a few months, but a quick call to ISpring and Adam (in customer service) quickly helped me and sent out a replacement. He also answered some questions I had regarding a whole house water filter and its placement with my existing treatment system. (I am on well water)

It is great to see a company that stands beside their products. I definitely will be looking at their other products when I am looking to purchase water dispensing and treatment equipment.

Patrick G. Babcock: I purchased this to be a "remote" kitchen faucet for an RO system I installed in the basement for filling water jugs I use at the Happy Hunting Grounds off grid. Quickly tiring of having to fill a 1.5 gallon dispenser and haul it upstairs every day, I thought "Why not just add a faucet at the kitchen sink? Not finding anything locally, I turned to Amazon and found this faucet.

First, the packaging did a good job of protecting the faucet and its finish. No issues with how it ships.

It's finish blends well with the brushed stainless sink in the kitchen, and the base exactly fits the hole in which an unused soap dispenser once resided. The faucet has a nice base with a multi-ribbed seal to ensure no water from the sink makes its way into the cabinet below. It secures to the sink using a wide-flanged wing-nut - this was the only draw-back: fitting my hand between the bowl of the sink and the wall in order to tighten it (a quick trip out to the garage, and wooden tool was born to assist with this). The faucet easily connected to the 1/4" plastic tubing with no muss or fuss, using the included fitting.
