dy: They have excellent customer service and respond right away. I had bought a reverse osmosis system 8 months ago and the water was tasting a little plasticy. I asked the sell what the problem was and they recommended to change the filter and it was like new again! I assume I had to change the filter often so I bought the 3 year package in case inflation kills my wallet again in a couple years. thank you A+ seller/customer service

SoonerEE: I purchase this three-year filter set along with my RCC7AK 6-stage RO unit in July of 2020. After installing the final set of filters from this kit, for some reason I was getting no flow through the system. I narrowed it down to a plugged taste filter. I contacted iSpring and spoke with Sean. Sean far exceeded my expectations and replaced all the taste filters from the entire kit. That's truly great customer service. I'm happy to report the replacement filter works great, and more importantly the water tastes great. I highly recommend iSpring for drinking water needs!

AS: Initially ordered the wrong set, but was able to exchange it for the correct one without any issues after getting clarification from Julius at iSpring. Filters and RO membrane were easy to install after watching their YT video, although working in a very tight space underneath the sink might make things a little awkward. Correct set came with 1 torn filter packaging, but Julius promptly replaced it. Awesome customer service, which is one of the reasons we went with iSpring in the first place.

Update: Had another issue with what was eventually found to be a clogged filter. Julius from CS was very patient and helpful as we solved it. A new replacement filter was sent and now my system works great. Again, awesome CS.

Lawrence A.Lawrence A.: East to install. Put everything under the island sink and ran a line to the refrigerator ice maker. The only issue I had was replacing cartridges. The unit I purchased had screw in fittings and the new cartridges had push in fittings. I called John in customer service and he was very quick at sending me a set of new fittings that installed very easily. The company sells great products and has great customer service especially if you work with John.

Osa. Igbinedion: Great product, works better with pressure regulator piece. Should be included at time of purchase or buy separately/directly from manufacturer. Pressure regulator piece eliminates/prevent leaks.

PETIT: I would like to say a HUGE thank you for all team at the customer support of ISpring Water Systems and especially to SEAN.
I've had an ISpring RCC7AK 6-stage filter system since November 2014. It was fitted in my kitchen under the sink for all these years.
In previous years I always contracted a plumber to change the filters and this year 2023 my husband and I decided to change by ourselves.
Unfortunately, by mistake we broke the membrane 4th stage housing cap as it was so tightly fitted on.
I contacted the customer service in USA and Sean was very professional and polite, he listened to me and tried to sort out the piece that was broken.
I knew that I needed to pay for the new piece + post from USA, but Spring Water Systems just sent me the new piece and I did not have to pay for anything.
I just want to say a BIG Thank You to Spring Water Systems and principally for Sean in Customer Services. As I said “ There is many companies for Water Filters but…. there ones that definitely stand out in terms of the customer service and this is the soul of the business,

T. Trinder: I've had an iSpring RCC7AK 6-stage filter system since November 2017. It was fitted by my local Kitchen & Bathroom company, alongside a new sink/tap and a Harvey whole-house water filter.

It has provided brilliantly clear and tasty drinking water since installation, at an annual price of around what we used to pay for bottled tap water. At the time, I also bought a water quality hardness test meter - which showed a TDS (total dissolved solids) value of around 30, compared with tap water's 300.
I'm so used to our lovely filtered water that a recent stay at a friend's house gave me a nasty shock when I drank her unfiltered tap water - I could both smell and taste the chlorine! Yuk.

Anyway, I'm now starting my second set of replacement filters - best bought as a 3 year supply when the Amazon price is lowest - and found that one of the cartridge filters had a small leak from a screw-in connector; unscrewing it and remaking the joint with PTFE tape just didn't fix it, so I asked for help from iSpring Europe.
