ANNA QUARRA: Ho contattato più volte l'azienda ma senza risultati la piastra a Induzione non funziona è stata manata ma avendo 5 fili ho chiesto all'azienda quali erano i fili che andavano attaccati alla corrente in quanto in Italia c'è ne sono tre mi è stato risposto di chiamare un tecnico esperto x fare allaccio ho richiesto il reso non mi sono trovata bene la mia impressione che quel tipo di piastra non va bene x il voltaggio italiano

Janel M. Cassara: You get what you pay for. I bought this induction stove top to replace the induction stove top that we accidentally shattered. This one is cheap, it is induction, but the center burner does not heat as well as our last induction stove top. The heating surface does not allow for a large pan to fully heat the bottom surface of the pan. It only heats about a 10 inch circle and then the other stove top burners are too close to it so your pans are smashed together on the stove top the large pan circle does not have the correct heat control. On my previous induction cooktop I would brown meat at a setting of 7, on this cooktop setting 7 is way too hot and will burn the meat, and it seems as if setting 5 is the same as setting 9. The variability of the settings does not seem to be working properly.

My recommendation: Just spend the extra money and get a quality induction cooktop. It will save you money in the long run.

Salli & Gene: Check your opening size, the cutout in my counter was almost too big, but the dimensions on the listing are correct. I replaced a Gen-Air 36 electric. We get a kick out of the name IsEasy, because it is. The directions are almost unnecessary as it is so easy to operate. Cleaned out the kitchen of all the old pans that won't work, which we didn't use anymore anyway. There are limitations to an induction cooktop but that applies to all of them. Very easy to clean, set temp, has a timer which we haven't used yet other than to test.

Update 7/15/23 Over a year later I thought I would update our experience with this cooktop. Still working fine. There are hot spots in the pan as heating is much more in some areas than others. i.e. one side gets hot, the other cold. Thick pans will even this out, new carbon steel pans need time to equalize. Carbon steel pans require a lower setting than aluminum with the metal pad or SS. This is because they react better to the induction elements. The elements are either on or off, meaning they time cycle, as you turn them up they cycle off less and on more. This is an advantage for using thick pans that will distribute the heat better.

Ozark Chris: *UPDATE* Roughly 6 months in (18 November 2021), still VERY impressed! Unit is working Great! No issues with the unit. I have a tendency of turning it on accidentally (usually when I stack the groceries on it so we can put stuff away), but the beep let's me know so I can turn it off. As mentioned above, we DO put our grocery bags on top of the unit while we put everything away. I'm sure the seller wouldn't reccomend doing this, but I haven't had ANY issues putting 20+ lbs on the top. BTW, we've had our largest stock pots - 30 qt - (boiling down bones for broth, etc) boiling for several hours on the cooktop without any issue either.

We haven't had any scratches on the top. We wash down with a sponge with warm/hot water & dish soap. Every once in awhile - once a month or so, we use a glass cleaner & polish (specially for cooktops).

After 6 months all I can really say is WOW! I was hopeful, but I really didn't think I would be able to write such a great review about this cooktop - I honestly thought I would have had to replace this with something else, hence the extended warranty. Although I haven't had any issues, and hopefully won't, I think it would still be...
