Shauna PShauna P: They were packaged REALLY well in a box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts and arrived earlier than expected, BUT these pills are huge. I don't have a problem swallowing pills, but these require a very large gulp of water. 4 pills is the recommended daily dose. 2 pills twice a day.
UPDATE: the pill size actually hasn't been as much of an issue as I expected. The smooth coating making them slick when wet so they glide down easily. As far as the effect, I actually think they're making a difference! I'm always skeptical of supplements and most really don't do anything, but since I started taking these a week or so ago I've felt a lot calmer. Life is stressful right now and it's relieving to take the edge off. Placebo or not I'm going to keep taking them daily.

Ben: I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for years now. I've tried loads of things to help myself overcome this. Yoga, meditation, other supliments. It got so bad it was affecting my everyday life, at work, at home, with friends. I heard great things about 5htp and wanted to try it.
