Claire Companion: For the cost, it actually surprised me with its durability. I use this on my 1 year old German Shepherd and she seems to be comfortable in it and I can treat while she wears it during training.

Artemus: I have a large long hair herding dog, and a muzzle is sometimes helpful to control barking. This one would get 5 stars were it not for the cheap plastic clasp which jammed and cannot be opened.

Rob40Rob40: I didn't have high hopes because my girls are tiny 4lb Yorkies, but they do work. One managed to take it off and the other still managed to bite her sister with it on, but it's an improvement. She looks so cute in it!

nononono: Cette muselière est souple et facile à mettre, en revanche ma chienne berger des shetland l'enlève facilement d'un coup de patte. J'ai donc dû lui apprendre à ne pas y toucher.
Personnellement, je l'ai acheté pour pouvoir voyager avec ma chienne en train (muselière obligatoire pour les chiens de + de 6kg) cela fait donc l'affaire pour ce type de besoin. De plus, je ferme à peine la muselière avec le scratch pour lui laisser du mou et ne pas trop la contraindre (ma chienne étant très calme et gentille ), l'objectif étant ici juste de respecter la règlementation dans les trains.
En revanche, je ne le recommande pas si votre objectif est plus de l'ordre de la sécurité (éviter les morsures) car la muselière est fermée sur le museau avec un scratch donc avec de la force le chien peut l'ouvrir.
Pour info, pour ma chienne berger des shetland de 10kg j'ai pris du S et niveau taille c'était nickel sachant que la taille autour du museau et pour le contour de tête sont légèrement ajustables.

FZ7 DashCam: This item was purchased to address what is likely an uncommon issue, but may have relevance to related behavior problems. Our "new" rescue - Riley - is a 4 y/o male 50% lab that is happy, energetic but completely undisciplined. He loves walks in the forest where he puts his nose to the ground and more-or-less drags me through the forest following scent trails, mainly those of box turtles. This pulling behavior was attenuated with the use of a prong collar, such that he determines the amount of tension, and pulls less. The bad news is that while turtle hunting is apparently a lab phenomena, Riley wants to crunch and swallow the numerous box turtles he will sniff out during his forest walks. Swallowing a whole or even broken up turtle would be disastrous, and could result in his death or require an expensive operation. Prying box turtles out of his mouth has involved some epic battles, requiring excessive tension on the prong collar while attempting to pry out the turtles with one gloved hand. Not what I want to be doing with this dog. He does NOT want to release his turtle catches.
Today we fitted and used the IREENUO muzzle for his forest walk, also with the prong collar...
