Brian in AZ: We live in AZ and don't have a pool. A few years ago we bought 3 roll-up shades for your patio. My wife thought it would be nice to have this small pool on our patio. We're able to keep the sun off it with the shades and all we need to do is relax and cool off and this does the trick. It's 29" deep so when I'm sitting in it, (I'm only 5'8"), it's almost up to my neck. You can take short, under-water laps back and forth to cool off.

The only thing I would say is you WILL need some pool supplies and a filter. We got the Intex 800 Gal/Hr pool filter, a box of 4 filters, hardness increaser, chlorine tablet floating dispenser, PH reducer and some 20 Mule Team Borax as a PH increaser. We also got a vacuum and some clarifier.

If you have your own well, you could practically drain it and refill it ever two weeks but where we live in AZ, water is expensive, so we need to keep it clean. Having a pool requires work...Balancing chemicals, skimming, vacuuming, etc. The good thing is, this pool is small enough that it only took 1/4 oz of clarifier to sink all of the cloudy stuff to the bottom, leaving it crystal clear! The bottle is like 24 oz or something so it's going to last...

Linda Lewis: I previously purchased a "blow up" type pool and it lasted about a week before the neighborhood cats scratched a hole. I started looking for a sturdier non inflatable pool and found this one. My 5 y.o. granddaughter has been swimming daily for multiple hours and it has held up beautifully. Two adults have also sat in the pool with a child and there was room to move around. Overall very pleased with this pool and plan on buying a larger one next summer. This size is great for smaller, younger kids but is still good for adults to sit in and cool off!

jasonjason: I have nothing but awesome things to say about this pool. I purchased the 6x9 and it is perfect for floating and enjoying the sun. I can completely submerge myself when I'm too hot and want to cool down. This pool saved my summer. Maintaining a large pool is too much work when you're the only one going in it. I purchased the stronger filter pump to go with it and a small chemical set. I also invested in a small pool vacuum, cover and a cheap outdoor rug to put underneath it. The pool has been up all summer and all I have had to do is replace the filter cartridge weekly and add chlorine. I have not had to shock it once and the water is still crystal clear and clean. It was easy to put together, no tools needed, took about 30 minutes. If you want a pool that's easy to upkeep and don't want to commit to something large or permanent, I highly recommend purchasing this item.

Dave Brooks: I've used the Intex easy set version for years when my kids were little but this year we sized up to this metal frame option (15x7). Take a minute to see a set up video and you shouldn't have any problems. Two things I learned that I will share. This pool has the smaller 1.25 inch values. If you get a larger pump, like the c1500, you'll need to adjust the valve size by cutting out the small ones and inserting larger valves. This was a bit scary for me but after watching a video it was actually super easy and took less than 5 minutes. The other thing has to do with the ground you're placing it on. My backyard is small and has pavers. So the ground is level. But the pavers have an irregular pattern and one of the support posts was abutting the edge of the paver where it meets the dirt. When I set up the pool, before adding water, all the support posts were on the pavers, though one was barely on. However, when I added water and the kids started goofing around in it, one of the post shifted and "slipped" onto the dirt. As a result there was a serious and scary looking bend in the wall of the pool. The post sank into the dirt making the whole pool lean a bit in that direction. With...

Cliente AmazonCliente Amazon: Uno de los problemas más habituales según leo en los comentarios es que la lona se queda pegada a las barras tras varias semanas de uso, pero en las instrucciones se indica que hay que espolvorear las barras con polvo de talco antes del montaje.
Adicionalmente, he puesto una cinta entre la lona y los tubos para reducir el contacto (ya os contaré cuando la desmonte).
En general la piscina bastante bien, aunque las uniones no tienen ningún tope o seguro (excepto en las esquinas), por lo que con el movimiento a veces hay que volver a apretarlas porque los tubos podrían llegar a separarse por completo.

Juanma: Intentare ayudar a quien este dudando sobre si comprar esta piscina o no, porque yo tuve mis dudas en su momento. Dudaba entre comprar ésta o la siguiente en tamaño porque quizá ésta me parecía que al final fuera a ser pequeña. De ningún modo es pequeña, yo mido 1,80 y estirándome del todo, entro perfectamente así como mi mujer y nuestra hija pequeña. Si tienes el espacio un poco justo es mejor esta piscina pues la que tiene 260 de largo quizá ya sea un poco mas armatoste. Teníamos antes una de INTEX pero redonda de las que se infla el flotador alrededor, y no tenía nada que ver en calidad con ésta otra. Hay que tener en cuenta si va a ir pegada a una pared dejar un espacio para las patas laterales y para poder pasar para luego poner la lona para cubrir la piscina, que por cierto aquí en amazon venden solo una para este tipo de piscina tambien de INTEX pero mucho mas grande, pero es la que yo compre y sirve perfectamente aunque luego cuelgue por los laterales. Espero poder haberos ayudado.

LUROMALUROMA: Empezando por el paquete, vino todo correctamente y en tiempo.
Correctamente embalado y todo en perfectas condiciones, y con un libro de instrucciones en castellano.
La experiencia del montaje fue un poco desastrosa, pero tengo que decir que culpa mía y no de la piscina. Lo quisimos hacer tan rápido porque queríamos estrenarla que no nos lo pensamos dos veces y hay que hacer las cosas con calma. Lo primero que tienes que hacer es tener la superficie bien nivelada y si tu caso es como el mío que la vas a apoyar sobre tierra pues tienes que poner algo firme donde vayan a ir las patas como una madera gorda o una baldosa muy fuerte, algo que no vaya a partir (no cometas nuestro error que pusimos unos azulejos y en cuanto empezó a coger peso se partieron y no sirvieron para nada), en todo momento cuenta con que la piscina llena va a pesar mucho y es imposible modificar ni rectificar cualquier error que hayas podido cometer. Asique una vez montada, revisa todos los niveles de patas, estructura y que no haya ningún objeto o piedra debajo de la lona que luego te la pueda romper.
En mi caso todas estas cosas las vimos después, con lo cual nos daba tanta pena dejarla mal que...

A la hora de elegir una piscina para el jardín tuve en cuenta la posibilidad de poder desmontarla así como un tamaño no muy grande. Así que elegimos la mediana, con un tamaño de 3 metros de largo y dos metros de ancho. Tened en cuenta que hay que dejar al menos medio metro a cada lado para tener el espacio suficiente para las patas, aunque éstas realmente sólo ocupen unos 15 o 20 centímetros más a cada lado. Igualmente, la presión del agua hará que se abombe inferiormente ocupando un poco más pero a medida que se llena la piscina, tenderá a igualarse.

Mi modelo no trae depuradora así que hemos comprado una de arena, aún no la tengo instalada pero esta piscina viene preparada para ello.
