D.Paul: The product doesn't have a gauge, which you need to check your A/C pressure. Without it, you might overfill or not put enough.

Before I could attach the hose to the car, the cap fell off, and I had to re-attach it. When I tried to fill the car with the fluid, it leaked at every connection point. So the connection to my car and where I was pressing fluid got all over my gloves. The fluid is freezing, so I was thankful I decided to wear gloves.

Please do not buy this product it is cheap and falls apart in your hands. I'm unsure if I made my car A/C better or worse after using this.

Frank S: Watched a YouTube video on how to recharge my system. It was so easy and saved me a bunch of money vs having it done at the dealership. The connector went right on. Was able to see the current pressure after starting the vehicle and turning the AC system on MAX. Found my charge was too low. The contents of this can took my system to the middle of the green, where it’s supposed to be.

DC in FL.: It was really easy to use. Put it in my Aunts truck and it is still blowing cold. If you are a woman don’t let doing this yourself scare you. I’m in my 60s , I looked on YouTube and it was very easy. Saved my Auntie a lot of money. If I ever need to recharge my car I’ll definitely buy this product. In Florida AC is a must have.

Francisco Llanas Jr.: We recently bought a 2015 used car that had low-ish mileage, but you could tell had been a little abused. the issues so far have been minor/cosmetic, and easy to fix. Otherwise it's been a good-solid car. Now that the weather is getting hot, I noticed the AC wasn't getting cold and was worried the compressor was bad or maybe there was a freon leak in the system. I purchased this recharge kit as the first step to see if it just needed a charge. (Rumors abound that local car dealerships might have been purposely draining the freon)
Charging the system with this was extremely easy and fast! Once I completed the process, the system immediately started blowing crisp-cold air!
As of this review, it's been a solid month of light commuting and using the AC most of the time. it's still cold and running without smell or decrease in cold-ness. (I typically have my AC at 3, sometimes I need to turn it down to 2 when it gets cloudy!)
my 1 and only issue with this product is the conflicting instructions on the can vs. the documentation that is attached to the gauge/hose. (the documentation on the gauge/hose winds up being the more accurate instructions) Literally took 5-7min. to...
