Jesse Hermanson: As a Marine veteran with a spinal cord injury physical therapy is a daily necessity for me and this has made many of my exercises much easier and allowed me to be able to do other exercises that otherwise would be to difficult or uncomfortable for me. I have recommended this to family and friends as well and some with weight issues have thanked me for making it easier for them to get started on the road of getting their health back. So like I truly believe this should be in everyone's home and that should be starting children on them to get them more easily involved with wellness for their futures!

Amazon Customer: My only issue with this ball is it doesn’t fit the base. I like the ability to work my arms and I’m getting better with my balance. I recommend this product.

Monica Miguel-Dozier: It took a while with the pump but it was worth it, the ball itself is big enough. The stability piece could for a little closer. But it works for what I wanted it for. Good for the price.

Vivian Diaz: I simply love this product. My son gifted me this item to utilize for stretching, but it provides so much more. I can do a complete body workout with this product. It is easy to inflate if you have a pump. You can inflate it using the item that comes with it, but it just takes a bit long to finish. I love this exercise ball and recommend it for strength training.

danette: Soon as it was blown up I tried it the black strap broke and hit me in the head and I had a bump for a few days and it’s very thin plastic

ViridianaViridiana: Viene muy completa; incluye la pelota, su base, dos ligas de resistencia que se sujetan en la base, su bomba para inflarla, varios tapones y una aplicación para celular en la cual puedes acceder a buenos videos para entrenar. El material se siente bastante resistente. Me parece un producto con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
