SpoxFit Balance Ball Chair for Improved Posture and Core Strength

Amazon Customer: I got this ball when I was pregnant to use leading up to labor. It did really help my hips and joints leading up to the baby and then my husband and I found ourselves using the ball to bounce and rock our baby. It was nice to have somewhere to sit and bounce the baby, and it helped him get to sleep better. When baby was bigger my other kids took over my ball and used it to rough house. It did put up with a good deal of abuse from them for over a year, but it has finally had it. I'm tempted to find the hole and patch it if I can. It has been a good ball.

Mike: Like most people, I purchased this ball because of the cost and great reviews. This ended up being a great purchase overall, and I'm extremely pleased with the ball.

Upon opening the box, I found the deflated ball, manual inflation pump and hose, along with several nozzles and pins for sealing the ball. Also included was a measuring tape that secures with the inflation nozzle, so you know exactly when to stop inflating, or if you should keep going. I also found 2 elastic bands that attach to hooks on a large ring, that is also used to seat the ball. There was also a large folded-up poster that has dozens of various exercises you can perform with the ball. I was really impressed with the poster, probably more than anything else!

Inflating the ball wasn't the easiest. However, since this is the first balance ball I've ever inflated, I can't really compare with past experiences. Overall, it was pretty straight forward. The biggest drawback was how time-consuming the process was. If I recall correctly, I had to wait a day before I could inflate it, allowing the ball to get acclimated to the room temperature. DThompDThomp: I am so happy we chose the SpoxFit exercise ball (65cm)! Everything went as smooth as possible regarding the Amazon order, delivery, installation and now use. Based on our experience with the inflation process, if you just take your time and don't skip the recommended ball stretch filling process you will have zero issues with this ball.

When you receive your SpoxFit exercise ball inspect the ball for any rips, tears or punctures which could have happened prior to you opening the package. If all is well, double check that your package also contains:
Resistance Bands, Stability Base, 4.5" Foot Pump (with air hose and air nozzles), Air Plugs, Plug Remover, Perimeter Tape Measure, and Workout Poster.

One end of the air hose has two nozzles attached to it. Push one of them onto that end of the air hose (I think one of these nozzles fits the ball better and one fits the Stability Base better for inflating; trial and error on which is which). Push the other end of the air hose onto the BLUE Foot Pump nozzle. Take your time, it's a tight fit and could take a few tries to finally get it pushed onto (over) the blue Pump nozzle. Now it's time to inflate the ball 80% to 90%...
