Jesse Hermanson: As a Marine veteran with a spinal cord injury physical therapy is a daily necessity for me and this has made many of my exercises much easier and allowed me to be able to do other exercises that otherwise would be to difficult or uncomfortable for me. I have recommended this to family and friends as well and some with weight issues have thanked me for making it easier for them to get started on the road of getting their health back. ViridianaViridiana: Viene muy completa; incluye la pelota, su base, dos ligas de resistencia que se sujetan en la base, su bomba para inflarla, varios tapones y una aplicación para celular en la cual puedes acceder a buenos videos para entrenar. El material se siente bastante resistente. Me parece un producto con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
