BDT: The book has wonderful content. I purchased this as a gift for one of my granddaughters. However I haven’t been able to give it to her because of the intense smell. It smells so strongly of perfume or air freshener even after I left it open to air out for over 3 months. The smell is so strong it makes me nauseous.

Rachel: The book is great with lots of amazing women. I bought it to read with my 8 year old niece and I'm learning a lot along with her! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I think the reading ages start at 8 but I think it's a bit more advanced. There are words in here that are beyond a second grader's comprehension so I am doing a lot of explaining/defining when we read together.

Amazon Customer: My 8 yr old granddaughter has the previous issue of 'Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History' from her school library. She was so engrossed and talkative about the book that I decided to buy 'Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History' and 'Little Leaders: Visionary Women Around the World'. My granddaughter has a reading age of 13.5 in accordance with her last school report and therefore has a broad interest in books and she absolutely loves these. She will go onto be be a very interesting and motivated young lady.

laura-jane: Bought this book for my young daughter, We haven't read it yet but I’ve had a look through the book and love the how versatile it is. I bought this to help teach my daughter about empowering women of all colours and countries, and to show her the amazing women of the world who have achieved so well. My second book I’ve bought by the author Vashti Harrison, she’s doing an amazing job with these books.

Gaby: Love the book! It's veary important for younger kids to be able to have an understanding of role models of both genders. I like that this book shows veary powerful women, from veary diferente backgrounds, to inspire and educate kids. The only down side for me is it haveing to many works for my 2-3 year old student even though the book recommend it from 2-5 year old. It still works be I'm able to shorten then sentences to fit the age appropriation till there older. Love it and happy with the overall content of the book.
