Jimmy: The texture feels smooth when put it in hand. Quiet as promised. Yet it demonstrated extensive latency after a year of use, and replacing the battery did not fix the problem. But I guess it's cheap enough?

Darcy: E5B model - Overall I really liked this mouse. When I first got it, it paired up quickly and I had no trouble using it. I bought it specifically because it doesn't require the dongle piece which takes up one of my two available USBC slots. 8 months later I bought a new computer and cannot get this mouse to show up in the Bluetooth menu or to pair. I removed it from my old computer and now it won't show up in the Bluetooth menu on either computer or my phone. I've turned both computers off and back on at least twice, and taken the battery out of the mouse and replaced it with a new one. The mouse has no on/off button or Bluetooth connect button so I'm out of options. The light comes on when I put the battery back in so I know the mouse is working. It was working with my old computer before I removed it from the Bluetooth to connect it with my new computer. My headphones pair fine with my new computer so I know it's not the Bluetooth. So now I'm forced to spend hours looking for a new mouse that doesn't have that stupid dongle.

Mary: I've been a long time (10yr +) user of the Microsoft Compact Optical Mouse. I've always liked how responsive it felt, the small size allows me to grip it between my thumb and pinky allowing me to move it effortlessly and I've had great luck with them while gaming in FPS. Recently I decided that I needed to go wireless and ordered the Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1850 - huge mistake. The mouse had a noticeable lag when waking up and wasn't as fine tuned to allow me to point and click at what I wanted effortlessly. I have a habit of testing the quality of mice by drawing figure the infinity symbol (sideways 8). If I can draw them quickly in a tight pattern I know that I've got a good mouse. So I decided to purchase 10 separate wireless mice (ranging from 2.4ghz, Bluetooth, usb-c receiver, etc.) from Amazon to find something that could suitably replace my trusty Microsoft Compact Optical Mouse. My biggest issue is that I absolutely hate mice with buttons near the thumb and wanted a small form factor, this very much limits my options as most gaming mice have those side thumb buttons. I use the thumb area to pick up the mouse (I have large hands) and hate accidental clicks. So after...

Marvin: Pros: The mouse is light weight and very quiet. The design is great and very comfortable to hold. It works perfectly when it stays connected via Bluetooth. I never encounter connection drop while using the mouse. With the price, this mouse is a great one.
Cons: If the computer does not work for a while, the connection drops. Though it reconnects automatically when I moved the mouse again, you need to wait for few seconds to allow the mouse to work again. This usually happens few times everyday. In some extreme cases, the connection cannot be restored and the computer needs to be rebooted to get the connection back. There is no on/off/pairing switch on the mouse. Another thing is that you need to remember the procedure to pair the mouse to the new devices.

I have been using this mouse for a month. Overall, I still like this mouse at this moment.

Buyer: UPDATE 12/18/2020: ALL GOOD - The rechargeable Duracell AA battery only lasted just over 3 weeks. No big deal, but very odd. 3 weeks is too short a time to replace an excellent Duracell battery. The good thing is that the battery just died (it is now recharging)... so you can replace it with a full charged batter and get back to business.

UPDATE 11/18/2020: ALL GOOD - I removed the mouse from my Bluetooth device to test another mouse. When I tried to reconnect it, it was nowhere to be seen. An hour later, I read the instructions again: "To turn on the Bluetooth pairing mode., simultaneously hold down the left, middle and right keys of mice for 3-5 seconds." - Back in business.

I wanted to complain about how the battery has gone fast, until I realized that I have been using the mouse for over a month many hours a day. Today, I replaced it with a rechargeable Duracell AA battery, so we will see how long that lasts. With my rechargeable batteries, I have no problem placing a re-charged battery once every 1-2 months.

Customer support were fast. They responded in 15 hours. They were a bit verbose, and didn't give the simple solution (they actually have a picture...
