Sonam Aidasani: I think you get what you pay for here. I appreciate the additional details, but the Bluetooth capability doesn’t also work the best and I frequently have to reset it. Still, it gets the job done—can’t really complain, but unsure how accurate some of the metrics are.

AmyAmy: Update- emailed customer support, they were very fast to respond and updated the Google play store application. Very impressed with the assistance and quick response.

I am not able to download the app on my android device because the app is for an older device. Innotech must work on the android app so anyone can use the features of this scale. So disappointed since I cannot link to my phone.

dilly: I received this product in return for an honest review. So I actually used it for nearly four months before I wrote this review.
This is very accurate, I checked the weight in two of the other scales I had. And What I love the most is the app that shows how your body fat is changing with the way you change your diet. I am trying to lose some weight to be healthy and help with my knees. I could see the trend changing when I start cheating on my diet etc. I check my weight the first thing every morning to get a more accurate trend and this definitely works. The mobile app is very user friendly it gives the weight change, body fat, BMI, water and muscle percentages. I wouldn’t have trusted these values have I not used it long enough to see the trends. This also gave me motivation to identify a way to change my diet and water intake and exercise to lose weight in my own way rather than following someone else’s plan that makes you stop eating what you love. So far I am really happy with the product, it’s not too heavy, very durable. For best readings use barefoot. No socks.

MSavage: I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but the past few months of COVID has put a few thing into perspective for me and one of those things was, you can't just eat your way through quarantine. So, to the treacherous road of weight loss I went!

Not only did I need to start eating better and exercising, I needed to know what, if any progress I made. I had an old set of scales that I'd had since college. They weren't quality then and they haven't aged well. Often you'd almost have to sneak up on the old set, activating them and practically jumping on them before the screen would go dark again. Trying to lose weight is frustrating enough without spending five minutes a day trying to coax your scales into working for 10 seconds. I decided it was time to retire that wretched thing.

I began looking for a new set and I came across these scales. I was very happy to see the option to pair with a phone. Not only does the app give you way more information than just basic weight, it tracks your progress, or lack thereof. This was just what I had wanted; the body fat percentage I could have done without seeing, but hey this is a process right?

Michelle: I’ve been interested in and researching Bluetooth scales for some time; specifically one compatible with Apple products since I track my Activity with Apple Watch and use Apple Health. I couldn’t be happier with this scale, it hit every item on my must-have list and more!

* Setup - super simple. It did have a QR Code to go to the App Store that no longer worked - unsure if it’s been fixed but it was just as simple to search Innotech in Apple App Store so I’m not knocking them for it and honestly I’m more impressed with the information and functionality of the actual product and companion app. I admittedly don’t love directions and typically attempt setup intuitively and only refer back if necessary. It was so easy to set this up, just download the app, pair and step on the scale!

* Use - Simple. Open app, step on scale. See results. Love that you have trends, insights and progress at each step on the scale. Example, I initially was 7.0 lbs from my “goal weight”, stepped on next day at 6.1 lbs away... sounds exciting except as the scale indicated I was dehydrated. There are descriptions of each item measured and charts to indicate ideal, high, low etc...
