Since this was my first smart scale, I read several reviews and watched several videos on the top 10 smart scales before deciding on this one from Arboleaf. I was expecting the readings to vary from day to day after reading the reviews on other smart scales that were on the top 10 lists. I have been using this scale daily since 1/4/2021 and surprisingly, I haven’t had a single erroneous reading. The weight of my bones have been constant (as they should be) and the numbers that do change have been subtle and in line with my weight loss or gain for that day. It was easy to set up, which I was worried about since the wi-fi requirements are 2.5 ghz and we primarily use 5.0. (I guess it pulled from the 2.5 ghz that we have set up as a back up on our router? I’m not tech savvy so I’m not sure how that works.). I did not see this scale on any top 10 list. Why?! It should be! It’s more affordable than most and gives consistent readings. I’m sure it’s not as accurate as the gym analyzers but it meets my needs and it has the consistency that I was looking for....

Kaitlyn M: I have been using this to weigh myself daily in my weight loss journey! I do believe it is accurate, as every "cheat day" shows. I have also been trying to drink my 8 cups of water per day and have seen an increase in body water %. I use myfitnesspal to track consumption, a fitbit to track steps, and this to track weight. All apps sync together perfectly and the data is shared between each. I will say that the multi user thing is confusing to me. We tried it and it kept putting my bf weight as mine and then syncing to the other apps and I'd have to go through and delete it from all of them. I don't know if this is from his end, mine, or the scale. Also it made him also download the app and create an account, I wish I could have just added him to mine (like I did with my sons) and we could have a "family account" or something. They have since stopped using it since it kept messing up (also, our body types aren't even close. I'm 200lbs and he's 130lbs). Overall it is doing exactly what I bought it for and is amazing. I rated it down a star simply because of the multi user errors that were incredibly frustrating and discouraged my bf from even using it. No picture necessary, It...

K. Shah: I have been exercising pretty regularly with "Camp gladiator" and over the past couple of years I have invested quite a bit in fitness related equipment. I have also done a couple of "CG Fit" sessions with camp gladiator where you take your body measurements (BMI, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, water % etc etc) using the "In Body" machines at the beginning and end of a six week challenge. I have paid over 80 bucks for 2 of these so I thought it'd be neat to invest into a smart scale at home where I can take these measurements from the comfort of my home and more regularly. There are many choices on Amazon so I decided to read a bunch of reviews and finally decided to buy this one. It came packaged well, nothing too fancy. Once you put in 4 AAA batteries (which are included) it turns on and stepping on gives you a weight measurement. You have to install their app to get all the other measurements and metrics delivered to your app. Once I did that I found that a lot of these metrics are very similar to the numbers I got recently (2 months ago) from the inbody test. the BMI was close but PBF (percent body fat) was quite off. SMM (skeletal muscle mass) was also close to...

Frankie: I have strange relationship with "the scale" in general. I have purchased my first Arboleaf scale because I needed to know more that weigh and I can go into a mini tangent on BMI. I am right at 5'10 and weight 225, obesity if you go by BMI or any other weight and height ratio. I have been lifting heavy weights for the last two decades so having a scale that breaks down my weight and body type (180 lbs of muscle mass, 191 far free body weight, 9 pounds of bone mass and the rest is the stuff I dont really want). Sorry to make it about me.
My mid-section will widen and narrow depending on the time of year, Thanksgiving is a tough one (i'm 45), so I am really happy to find something that will help me narrow my waist. If you are someone who has spent years in the gym, you know your numbers, you live with data, you count reps, you know how much weight you are putting up, you count calories, you add percentages...... This is a fantastic addition to my overall well being.
Weight, BMI, body fat percentage, body type, fat free body weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat (these last two are really important for me), body water percentage, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone...
