Carmen Ovici: I bought the scale in November to replace an old one. I like the scale; it's very sleek looking and accurate. So far still using the original batteries.
But a couple of weeks ago I noticed a hairline crack on the surface. I contacted the manufacturer and sent a couple of pictures and within half an hour the customer service representative put in an order for a free replacement. Rarely does one get such an outstanding response.
The new scale arrived a couple of days later.
Needless to say, I will continue buying their products and reccommend them.
