KristenKristen: I decided to buy this because with my work schedule, I never feel like going to the gym & wanted something that I could use at home. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase. Only complaints are that I wish the seat was more comfortable & wasn’t so hard to keep in place (seems to come loose easily) which is why I knocked off a star. I bought a memory foam seat cover off Amazon and it really has helped with the pain from sitting. Other than that, the bike is quiet & doesn’t take up too much space.

rebecca j.rebecca j.: This is the second bike I have ordered from this company. Both are great, used 2 hours a day , the first one still going strong after 3 years. Simple, like a real bike in form and ease, without any extra stuff you don’t need. The best part is their customer service! In both cases I needed a longer seat post because I have long legs. They went right to work and kept in touch, quickly sending both the longer post as well as a corresponding longer post for the handlebars, which I hadn’t even thought to ask for but which makes it more comfortable. They really care about pleasing their customers and make a great and economical bike.

david qdavid q: Consider It is still quite dangerous to go out to my gym due to the COVID so I decided to get my own exercise bike on Amazon. I had viwed many brands and bikes for some days and finally I choosed this bike. They have different colors and I choosed black one and I really like it, compared with white color, I prefer the black, it is really cool.
 
Assemble - It was’t very hard, all tools need are included so I just need install few parts on the frame. It finally took me about 30 minutes to put all parts together, if you are good at such things, it would take shorter time.
 
Stable and quiet - Bike metal parts are Very thick and sturdyi, it is stable and quiet when I was riding it. The wheels on the front make it easy to move if I want to so I can ride it in my room when it is bad weather and in my yard when it is good weather.
 
Free accessory - I emailed them and they offered one a new cord with no charge. Through which, I can read my speed and distance on my phone also I play some bike games on the phone, it helps a lot, makes it more funny so I can ride for longer time.

KayKay: I was having a difficult time select which bike to buy because there are so many to choose from! I compared so many before I decided to spend a little bit more and take a chance on this one - glad I did! The bike arrived very fast. I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to assemble it, but assembly was easy and straight forward! It came with all its pieces and tools to put it together. At the moment you can say that it is sturdy and doesn't wobble while riding. The wheel runs smoothly, the resistance is adequate. Adjustability is great. In itself, the bike handlebar and seat height can be adjusted, so it is really suitable for everyone. It's not electric so it makes no noise, and lets you go at your own pace. The bike is also attractive and has a good visual design! I am more than satisfied with this bike!!
