Customer service has been superb and mailed me replacements for the parts that were wobbly and unstable. They were consistently following up with me and stayed on top of the matter which alone makes all the difference in the world (at least in mine). They truly care about their customers and their products. Anyways the replacements have made a tremendous difference and My original complaints are non-existent. I retract from my original complaints because The bike and seller are worth all the five stars. I would definitely recommend to a friend! Seriously… Buy it!!

It’s a pretty decent bike for us folks who don’t have “Peloton” sized wallets to splurge. Its quiet and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It was easy to assemble and move from room to room.
I wish there were ratings in increments of .5 as I don’t feel like it’s a complete 4 yet it’s definitely more than a 3 star.
As a full disclosure I am a spinning novice and deducted on the rating mostly for the products lack of sturdiness which is a nuance for me . My husband is a carpenter and ensured all the bolts and...

santinasantina: The media could not be loaded. it was a pretty good bike for the price. i had my cousin set it up for me and he said it was relatively easy i just took a little bit. the seat is a little wobbly and depending on your height, the handles are a little bit hard to grab so you kind of have to stand a little. the water bottle deposit is pretty decent. my water bottle is a bit wide and it’s not falling so i guess that’s a good sign. just a heads up that you do need batteries, im not sure what kind yet. it’s a solid bike so i recommend.

Tracey: Since the Pandemic, I refuse to work out in the gym and the pounds have piled on. I was so excited to receive my bike after reading the reviews of others who have purchased the same bike. It was not that hard to assemble and it looks great once put together. I order the bike because I have downloaded the Pelton App and can workout with the instructors. I ran to some issues that have made me rethink this type of bike. (1). The seat was wobbling no matter how tight it has been screwed on. (2) I tried to add some resistance/incline to my work out but it would not do it. (3) the electronic watch does not work and is very flimsy. I placed 2 brand new batteries and the display would not accurately show my workout or time worked out.
03/15/21 UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I received help from Anna on how to get the monitor to work accurately and I have seen much improvement. Customer service offered me a new, better, and more comfortable seat for the bike free of charge. No longer wobbles. I can not complain about my purchase. It rides so quiet and smooth, I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in shape but not comfortable being back in the gym due to the pandemic.

Ryan A. HuelsemannRyan A. Huelsemann: After unboxing this bike, I was excited, but after 3 weeks of use, I'm pretty disappointed.
First, if you're over 5'6" and want to use a different saddle, look elsewhere. There isn't enough vertical seat adjustment to allow for full leg extension unless you use a really thick saddle line the one provided.
Second, it's noisy. There's a persistent squealing noise I assumed was the belt. I figured it would wear itself in over a few hundred miles. After 3 weeks of riding, the cranks seized. After removing the crank and taking a look, I found what Is shown in the pictures. The bearing had destroyed itself, and despite my box of bike tools, there's no way for a user to service the bearing. The race appears to be pressed into the bottom bracket.
3/10/21 update: Haslife reached out to me and provided me with a gift card and directions on how to replace the bearings. the process was smooth, of a little time consuming. after the replacement, the bike is back to working as intended. i also found a better saddle to use which negates the issue with limited seat height adjustment. satisfie now!

SaFamily: I’ve been using this bike for about a week and a half with the Peloton app.
In 5-6 uses, I agree with some previous reviews, the seat loosens from the equipment and it contributes to a wobbly seat. My husband has to be tightening the seat sometimes as I’m spinning and yes very very annoying!
OR
I have to stop/slow down/stop my exercise to tighten it back into position. Getting ridiculous when you have to have tools next to you to keep fixing!
The handle bars also seem to get wobbly with use.
The bike runs pretty smooth so far despite all those hiccups for being new. Sometimes I hear a clicking noise but who knows what it is yet. I’ll update as I use it more.
