Teandra Jack: Okay sooo first off , I would say..I will use again. At first when I used the first few times it was challenging because this resin Cures very fast I would say that the average working time is about 15-20 min, unless you are constantly steering.
When using Alcohol Inks it actually gives you more working time. Also using pigment past has its own time and so on. I now know which projects I can or cannot use it with if time is and issue. Based on that I will use again.
if its a project that requires you to use multiple colors, I would not recommend using this resin, but for less intricate and last min projects for which you would want a fast drying over night dry, THIS IS YOUR RESIN! I had a last min small project to do the bottom of a wine glass. I started it after 5:00 in the evening and it was completely dry by 4:00 in the am. I was able to deliver to my client in record time.

David ApplegateDavid Applegate: I have two countertops in my kitchen that I wanted to refinish with a faux black marble look. For first countertop, I used a highly-popular, well known epoxy. That countertop turned out flawless. However, my wallet suffered a serious hit.

For the second countertop, I searched for an epoxy with the similar specifications as the first, but was more economical. My main concern on the second countertop was UV resistance. I was not concerned with a high heat tolerance, as this countertop isn't used for holding hot pans or oven items. For me, this epoxy from Incredible Solutions hit those marks.

After prepping the countertop using an epoxy-based black undercoat paint, I was ready to pour the base coat. I used two different versions of black which were blended on the countertop by hand, one batch with Alumilite black dye, and the other with black mica powder. The epoxy took both additions quite well with no issues. Upon pouring the epoxy, I noted it seemed thicker that the other brand, but not by much. Old Alice: This was the 2nd epoxy brand I tried, and was completely shocked by how thick it was compared to the previous one. I chose this brand because of the UV protection the other didn't have.

Cons:
1. hard to mix thoroughly, my hand hurt from stirring only 1 cup worth of epoxy to mix well at a time. The thicker it is, the more stirring because you have to ensure it's fully mixed. The texture was like stirring molasses or thickened honey.
2. The thickness means you automatically pour more product than you would with a thinner product.
3. VERY hard to spread a thin coat, because it wants to stay thick. I went through several different tools to try to spread, because my silicone 'brush' was not strong enough to move the epoxy to cover what other epoxies can. I ended up ruining 2 bristle brushes just to get an uneven base coat, and 3x more epoxy than I should have needed.
4. You MUST have heat to pop the bubbles. I use a food prep torch (for making flambe). There are a LOT of teeny bubbles and they absolutely will not pop themselves. Also, they continue to rise for an hourish, so you will have to watch it for more bubbles rising over time.
