Some say the ball return isn't strong. I have no problem having it sent back 6-8' on a very low pile rug.
I just wished it had the outline of a standard hole. Even better if it had raised bump at the edges of that hold so you can tell when you just missed it.

For $21 I did not expect too much. The first one I opened did not work at all. Returned it and bought a second one. Installed the same batteries and putted my first ball. It sent the ball right back to me to putt again. Over and over again!! I love this new little toy. Relieves stress, gives me practice holding my grip correctly, using my shoulders, hand/eye coordination, etc.. I recommend that you buy one of these for in-home putting practice. Have fun!!

It’s compact and aesthetically pleasing. The ball return is working well but I can see how it may start to fail over time as the spring is not heavy duty. The entry area is very wide so it can be misleading as to how accurate you are. If you don’t want to invest in a large carpeted practice green this is a good alternative but just be aware it has limitations.

When I first got this it was great, I was happy I purchased it. Use it in my home office everyday. After about two weeks, the ball return started getting weaker by the day. I assumed that it had gone through the batteries so I put in fresh ones. NO change. At first usage the ball would come back let's say 7 to 8 feet, now it's lucky to come back 2 feet. There's no damage to the unit so I have no idea why it's lost it's return strength unless the spring the controls the return has stretched out or come loose internally.
