duane butlerduane butler: I bought this balance ball early last year when the Bosu ball company had a sale but ran out of the color I wanted. Best thing that could have happened. This half-ball was 75% cheaper and I have not had one problem whatsoever. Ball is still in great shape and the pump is easy to use for me. I'm quite bummed out that I can't buy a few more because it appears they are out. What a bargain!

JB: What I love most about this half ball is its versatility. It's like having two workout tools in one! The flat side allows me to perform a wide range of exercises, including planks, push-ups, and lunges, engaging multiple muscle groups. On the other hand, when I flip it over, the curved side challenges my balance and core strength, enhancing my stability and coordination.

ladydnyce: The pump that came with this was pretty useless in my opinion it get slipping from under my foot so i tried pumping with my hand and it kept popping out so I ended up using my electric pump and that did the trick. The bands are pretty useless as well as they are way too long and thin to get any real sort of resistance but the actual ball which is what I got it for has great bounce, is sturdy and easy to do other exercises with. Overall I’m a satisfied customer for the price. Just make a better pump.

Debra from New York: I felt this was a good quality piece of exercise equipment for the price. The base is very sturdy and the quality/grade of the plastic that the ball part is made of is very thick and seems unlikely to puncture. I expected it to be made of similar material as a stability ball but it is much thicker plastic. It was easy and fast to inflate but I used my own foot pump since the one that comes with it is of marginal value but you could get the job done with it, it would probably just take longer. The steel loops that the bands attach to are sturdy and solid but the bands don't provide super strong resistance but are useful anyway. I am not positive how long they might last or hold up but will work/function enough to be useful. The customer service of the company was very good as they were prompt in responding to questions when I had a shipping address question. They seem to care about customer satisfaction. Overall very happy with the product.

Ivor BowdenIvor Bowden: Minus one star because arrived missing printed instructions and the plug. I notified seller, they emailed me the instructions as graphic files, and asked if I could "buy the plug locally, they would reimburse". After several exchanges, I bought on Amazon "Fitness Exercise Sport Yoga Ball Inflatable Bed Pool Air Stopper Plug Pin" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TGOUVQO/ and that solved the problem (I had to cut the "one size fits all" tapered plug slightly shorter), and seller issued a credit for it. The ball part is like a sturdy bladder mounted in the two piece frame. Bottom is a plastic disk, top is a ring. The stretch bands were made out of slightly different materials with vastly different stretchiness, I don't use those. They have carabiners that clip into metal eye hooks on the base, I removed those. It came with a cheap plastic pump that worked fine to blow up the ball. Overall it feels pretty sturdy, I expect it to last a long time. I would not leave it in direct sunlight, as that's damaging to most plastics. It's a useful exercise device, and can be used right side up or upside down (BOSU = "BOth Sides Utilized"). My pictures here are: product documentation,...
