Bill Sodeman: We used this product in our Bosch dishwasher before we replaced the appliance. We're on well water, and dishwasher salt is essential for getting good results. Refill the salt every 2 to 3 months.

Amazon Customer: The product is fine. The shipping packaging didn't adequately protect the bag of salt which was slightly ruptured. It's usable but would've done better in a box that a padded envelope-bag.
