Todd M. Powley: The main reason I bought this was to level or angle my tables and blades on saws. What sets this tool apart is that it has magnets on the sides as well as the bottom. The magnets on the sides came in handy when using the tool on my table saw and my scroll saw. A lot of other brands seem to make these, but they don't all have the magnets on the sides, which is why I decided to buy it.

just me: This really works VERY well, it's about twice as heavy as the cheap one a co-worker bought, and his is VERY hard to get it to read 90.0. it will go 89.9 and jump to 90.1, the iGaging will hit exactly 90.0 very easily.

Eric B: I've only got to use it a few times but so far I'm happy with it. It's got some weight to it. I bought it for my tablesaw / woodworking stuff in my garage and I think I'll be getting another one for work as I'm a welder/fabricator.

Jim: It took me awhile to figure this out. When I first got it and turned it on it just read "ERR". There's not really any help or support on line. I did the calibration steps and got it to work. Later when I pulled it out to use it it displayed "ERR" again. I was pretty disgusted and put it back in the drawer because I didn't have time to dick with it. The next time I pulled it out it worked fine. ??? The next time it displayed "ERR" again. Instead of putting it away I stuck it to the bench; a little later I noticed the display was reading again. The last time I used it I got a clue. I don't keep my shop warm when I'm not working, not freezing, but maybe 40-45 degrees. The gauge displayed "ERR" again, so I set it in front of the heater. After a few minutes it was displaying the angle. I used it but between operations I stuck it to the pan brake, after a bit when I tried to use it it read "ERR" again. I put it in my pocket for a bit and it started working again. I guess the brake was cold enough to cool the cube down to stupid mode. So, I guess if you keep it above maybe 55 degrees it works fine. Rob EdwardsRob Edwards: The warranty is only good for 30 days. I have had this product for almost 10 months. Never been dropped or banged. Mostly just sits in my toolbox. I went to use it today and it will not work. Once the level is pressed it just sits there. You can rotate any way you want and it will not read anything just sits at 0.00 DEG. I went to check my warranty online as I bought it thru Amazon from another company, and they only warrantied the unit for 30 days after purchase. Seriously? I buy plenty of things thru amazon and it all works fine but if you can only warranty your product for 30 days there is a serious issue. Shame on me for not reading all details.
