Marc-André Bouchard: Bonjour, nous adorons le produit mais celui-ci a des problèmes de fonctionnement intermittents (écran d'affichage éteint, bouton tactile de luminosité qui ne fonctionnent pas, fermeture lorsque le cordon d'alimentation est touché). Joel Carignan: It dies only a few weeks after plugging it in. Was very disappointed. Then tried a different USB power adapter and worked again. The kid likes it, although she says it's too bright (on lower brightness setting) so she has to turn it away from her when she sleeps. Sometimes is difficult to use the buttons, they are very small and "touch" based(?). Decent purchase though. She wanted a clock that shows the sun when it's day and moon when it's night and this does the trick.

Amazon Customer: Really nice product. Great display and easy to set up. Really helped with keeping my 3 year old informed as to when it's ok to get up. He found it easy to understand and it worked great for a while, until he chose he would just ignore it :-)

Jeff: Like a lot if people have said, there is a significant cord issue with the clock. Within a year the provided cord no longer made a connection with the clock rendering it useless. I substituted a cord that I had around my house. It's a decent fix but if I move the clock to access the buttons in the bottom it requires wiggling the cord to get it to turn back on as it is very finicky.

At some point the moon is now always displayed. The sun does appear in the morning which is helpful for wake times, I just wish the moon would disappear.

Overall it's a nice clock with nice features. Particularly the sound machine, night light for reading books, and the visual cue if the sun to wake. I just wish it lasted longer and was more durable.

Boss Mom: The media could not be loaded.  It looks good, nice design. Light is quite bright for me but my son likes it. I think everyday I am learning more about it. I don’t think it’s that easy to setup but day by day I get used to it and understand more the options etc
It’s really great but a bit expensive. Hopefully it will last.

K. Garrett: Edit: The company contacted me and sent a new cord that fixed the issues with the clock we were having. They also sent a brand new clock! Customer service is fantastic and I would highly recommend. My daughter loves it!

My daughter got this gift and loved it. It worked great for almost 7 months and then the display time and sun/moon would randomly change, the light would flicker, the light color would change on its own, and sometimes it won’t work at all. For the price, I didn’t expect it to last for years, but given that there are cheaper options available I did expect it to work longer than 7 months.

Amazon Customer: Updated review:
I initially left a bad review for this clock (see below) but the seller reached out and offered to replace the item. It comes with a 12 month warranty which I did not realize. They not only sent a whole new clock but also replacement cords as they stated the cord is what seems to cause the problem and they were correct.

Initial review:
This clock was great at first but it doesn’t last. We’ve had it for 8 months and it no longer works because the cord will not keep its connection rendering it useless. We have kept it plugged in on my sons side table and taken good care of it so there’s really no reason for it to be broken already.

ApplePearl: ***6 months Update - The sun and moon no longer work at all. That is the only function we really wanted. The light is WAY too bright. The cord is loose so you lose settings every time it is bumped. Pretty much a waste of money.***

After set up and use, here are my thoughts:
1) Instructions are clear enough. I had no issues following them with one exception, when you are setting the Sun and Moon “alarms”, they will not appear until the time you set...and then remain on for twelve hours. I first set them up at two in the afternoon and there was no icon on the screen. I thought something was wrong. I expected to see the sun. But at 7pm the moon appeared and stayed on till 7am, then the sun appeared and so on.
2) I wanted essentially two alarms, a day alarm (wake up) and night alarm (go to and stay in bed) to function a Mon-Fri time and then a Sat-Sun time. This only has one Mon-Sun alarm.
3) I wanted the clock to turn yellow at 7am (alarm one) and show the sun icon all day. This clock will do this but the yellow only lasts 60 mins. We are not using a sound for the alarm yet because he is only 3 yrs old. So if he doesn’t wake in those 60 mins he won’t see the...
