Jamay: it has a great large capacity bowl...to give it a 5 star rating I'd like to see slightly longer handles and something to keep the residual garlic fiber down in the bowl, not come back out when you open the handles

Soozie: Crusher can crush multiple bulbs of garlic at once, which is what is lacking in my last garlic crusher. Surprisingly quite easy to crush too. Very simple design but it works.

Nemesis: Construction and design is great. Although much smaller than most popular presses. I am not a large person, in fact I am considered average size, wear a med-large glove. I find this garlic press difficult to handle, it is about 30% smaller than most. So far it works as advertised however the size is enough of an issue to shop for a replacement.

Cody: Gifted this to my Mom. She uses it to make Ginger tea. Her last press was from pampered chef & it broke. This one is superior in every way. She loves it so much she asked me to buy her a second one. It fits more ginger in the press at one time & is still easier to squeeze than her last one. Easier to clean as well. Thanks for a fine product.

Marsha A.: I bought this garlic press to replace a much more expensive one that I purchased four years ago. Although that one seemed sturdy, the zinc bowl had become misshapen over time to the point that it was difficult to use. This new press works very well. The bowl is long and will hold a great deal of garlic without spilling over the sides. Clean up is a breeze. Each half of the press is made out of a solid piece of metal that seems solid. The only part that can break is the hinge which isn't as strong as I would like. We'll see how long it lasts. My only real complaint is that it is easy to pinch your finger if it gets too close to the bowl when you are pressing hard. I got a nasty blood blister this way. Now that I'm aware of the problem, I don't think it will happen again. This is the only reason that I have given it four stars instead of five.
