Carl S: This is a basic, no frills ceiling fan. It has 3 speeds in two directions. It includes LED bulbs for the lamp. Fit and finish is good and everything went together easily, all parts were there. The instructions were clear, easy to follow and well illustrated. Once it installed it was well balanced...no need for additional balancing. It did include instructions and a weight tape if balancing was needed. There is just the slightest of wobble at the highest speed.
This replaced an existing fan so installation was straightforward. Assembling the fan was the most time-consuming part of the install.
Pretty hard to beat for the price.

Robert W.: would have given an overall rating of 5 stars but not liking the light bowl covering. Seems like a dust, bug magnet. To take the bowl on and off you have to thread the two pull chains through the bowl cap. Very time consuming. Other than that it is a very quiet fan. As far as the speeds go high is very high, medium is low, and low is very low. Overall a very good fan for a small room.

laith3laith3: I like this fan mainly because it’s quiet and not terribly expensive. Install is a bit of a pain I think because there are so many parts.
I've installed many fans as a home owner, and this one took the longest, about 45 minutes. it wasn't difficult per se, but you do need some common sense as the instructions are mostly in pictures and it's made in China. With all that said, it is well designed and just requires a bit more work assembling it since there are so many part and screws. Be patient and you'll figure it out if you have a half a brain :).
