C. V.: We purchased this fan last fall, 4 months later we installed it (Renovations). Unfortunately the fan we received was faulty and would not work. As too much time had passed since delivery, Amazon was out of the picture and I had to deal with Hunter Fans directly.
I must say that their customer service was fabulous. When I reached out, they contacted me within 1 day and asked some additional questions. It was a faulty connection in the drive motor, so they sent me a replacement fan immediately. Told me it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I received it within 1 (one).
We installed the new fan, and we are beyond pleased. It looks great and is so quiet you can't hear it at all. I would highly recommend this fan and Hunter Fans for the customer service alone.

Kindle Customer: This is a great fan at a great price. Would reccomend it. It doesn't have a remote but I had my electrician hook it up to a switch inside my home.
