lisa: Four stars because I wish these were made of more sustainable materials. We’ve tried several brands of diaper (Pampers, Kirkland, Bamboo Nature, Honest, etc.) and found that none have been better at fending off baby blow outs than these.
I do like to alternate with Bamboo Nature brand when the timing seems right and have not noticed a significany problem with Kirkland. It’s just that the Huggies seem less susceptible to leaking from the legs and back than others.

Emma L: They use this diaper in the hospitals. It is super soft has good absorbency. I used other brands of diapers including Pampers, Kirkland, Honest but the Huggies Little Snuggler is the best out of all brands. It doesn't give any diaper rashes like other diapers. I love the fact this diaper has a pee indicator. It has the best velcro for tightening the diaper so pee and poo won't leak. It also has the size chart in the front so that you will know if the diaper is getting too small for your baby as well. The only bad part to buy it on Amazon is that the price keeps changing and they are often out of stock online.

Cameron L: By baby is 3 weeks old and 9 pounds. She has not had a single blowout that has ruined her clothes since switching to these huggies. We were using pampers swaddlers before and had to toss alot of onsies out after each blow out.
These are so soft and she sleeps very comfortably in them.
Best newborn diapers out of the 3 brand we have tried !! And best price !!

Rina: I absolutely LOVE these diapers! As a first time mom, I researched EVERYTHING throughout my pregnancy and found that Huggies Little Snugglers and Pampers both had the top ratings as far as diapers are concerned. So I stocked up on both!
Let me tell you, DO NOT waste your time and money on Pampers!!! The Velcro barely holds, the material feels dirt cheap, they're made too small (better suited for premies), the overpowering fake talc smell gives you a headache (so you know it's going to irritate the little one), and every diaper leaked; you better pray they don't poop AND pee in the same diaper (my clothes ended up drenched in pee when I was fresh out of the shower). And I noticed, if I have to use the Pampers on her as backups, she is always fussing (she is normally so quiet, you could forget she's here).
With Huggies, the only diapers that leak are the ones that battle massive poops. And even then it's so little that I only noticed it if I run a finger along the seem of her onsie. The material is soft and feels super absorbant. There's no awful scent to them and the Velcro is so strong, it tends to catch on the new diaper when I'm changing her (watch those tabs). I...

Kevin He: The little snugglers baby diapers are pretty absorbent and keeps the content mostly contained. Ocassionally, if my little one had a big poopy diaper, the feces could travel up the diaper and a little bit would squeeze out from the back. I was using Huggies special delivery diapers before this and I must say special delivery diapers are softer than little snugglers diapers, but it is still acceptable as my little one is not fussy about it. The diaper itself has indicators of where the parents should velcro the straps. This could be useful for first time parents. The diapers are not bulky, but I am surprised by how much liquid the diapers could take in. A quick experiment by pouring water into a diaper shows that the diaper could hold roughly 120ml of water before it starts leaking, which is more than enough before a diaper change. Pretty satisfied with the price, so most likely I am going to stick with the little snugglers until my little one needs a bigger size.

Sarah Lojczyc: Rating Huggies 5 stars based on fit & the back design with the blow out preventer flap at the top. Really the back blow out flap is enough to make me a Huggies supporter, but I know fit can be somewhat variable baby to baby so we purchased both Pampers & Huggies before baby arrived. Huggies definitely fits our baby better.
I write this review with baby #2 in mind & we are not new to diapering... With Pampers we couldn’t get the diaper high enough up baby’s back and even when we thought we had a good fit there were definite fit issues at the top as the swaddle blanket was wet at baby’s waist.

Angie: As a first time mom, I was overwhelmed with the amount of diaper choices out there and had no idea where to start. I asked a bunch of experienced moms and everyone recommended Pampers swadlers. I put those on my registry and had some stocked in my house and in our hospital bag ready for our babies arrival.
At the hospital, I noticed they had these diapers instead. I used them reluctantly, thinking as soon as we got home I would be glad to use my papers instead. The hospital gave us a small bag of these and we went our merry way.
I quickly learned the difference between the two brands. Though both are comparable in softness, Huggies are a lot more padded. Both brands have the wetness indicator. Pampers is higher in the back but Huggies has an amazing pocket to prevent what I later learned as being a blowout. Not sure I was a believer yet, I ordered two boxes, one of Pampers and one of Huggies. As my baby started growing and sleeping longer through the night, I quickly learned that Huggies held up better, were able to keep her dry longer, didn't slouch as bad when full, and had a higher capacity for overnight protection. Pampers leaked and she started having blowouts...

Cat: Huggies are the best. I was totally hesitant to just opt for the name brand and was a little stubborn during my pregnancy, thinking, im sure the slightly less expensive /per diaper options are great..... they are fine, Huggies are great. We had about 4/5 different diaper brands ready to use when we brought baby home. We had HelloBello (which are best price and totally cute), we have Parenta Choice (Also very affordable), we were gifted Pampers (a BIG NoNo... although pampers sensitive wipes are THE best, diapers are a definite no for our family as the don’t stay closed), we had sample diapers from Honest co (similar to HB- cute and affordable), and finally, we were gifted Huggies// brought hone the rest of the pack from the hospital! The Huggies are more expensive, but they are super absorbent, like they can handle many many pee pees , not that you even want to get to that place but if for whatever reason you don’t change their diaper for a few hours (4or5 or even over night), this diaper can definitely handle it. When baby pees, the pee turns to gel on the bottom layer, and the diaper begins to fill up, while the top layer, the quilted bit that touches baby’s skin stays...
