I love the idea of pre-measured pods that dissolves when it water. The only problem I have is The pods arrives broken during transport (I assume). This required me to measure the product I am paying more for since they are pre-measured. This is either a original packaging, warehouse packaging or a shipping problem. Other than that the product works well.
