Kenneth N.: Great laptop. One complaint, the literature in the box said I was entitled to 90 days of complimentary phone support. When I called HP they said I had to sign up for their $15 a month plan to get support. When I quoted them the 90 days free they would not back off the $15 plan. I hung up.

Johnny I: I tried hooking the computer to a docking station that uses the c port to connect to the computer. I found out that THE C PORT DOES NOT SUPPORT VIDEO so I had to hook my monitors through a separate hdmi connection

Queen Bee: I wouldnt buy it again. First the Volume SUCKS. You would have to use speakers and its so low I dont even use it at this point. Second this lap top downloads all day long it will harass you to download and when you try and stop it, It wont let you. This computer appears to be RIGGED to do things on its own even when you have shut off the switch it will down load something. Then if you try to remove it It wont let you. The color of the screen is weird not like my other lap tops. This computer was a BIG mistake. Not happy at all.

Brianna: I bought this laptop for college. I just received it today but honestly I absolutely love it. It’s definitely smaller then I expected it but it’s definitely the most portable 2 in 1 laptop I have ever seen! The internet is super fast. Overall the computer is very fast and super efficient. I love it so much. It’s wonderful!! It’s definitely a great price for how efficient it is! I would definitely buy again. The tablet features are also amazing. You can place sticky notes and notes on your desktop and draw. I LOVE IT😍😍❤️❤️
