Product description states laptop has a HDMI connector, two USB 3, one USB type C, RJ45 Jack and micro reader. The photo shows two USB 3 and micro reader on the right side. The laptop has one USB 3 port and no micro card reader. The photo shows one HDMI connector, one type C and RJ45 Jack on the left side. The laptop has the HDMI connector and one each USB 3 and type C port.
I considered returning it but I live in Panama and it would be difficult to do so within the 30 day return period. Ultimately the laptop performance is good and I have little use for the missing features, so I reluctantly accept the faults

K'Lou: I'm so happy to have a touchscreen again! I'm not crazy about having to use Microsoft 360 and really hate paying for a yearly subscription. I miss having a the simple Word 2007 program which limited outsiders access to my computer. Now they want me to store everything in the cloud, and that simply doesn't feel very private to me.

CAM: Muy recomendable en todos sus aspectos, muy rápida enciende en 10 segundos, aunque la redacción del producto dice 8 Gb en RAM, si trae los 16 GB que vienen en la descripción. Todo le funciona perfectamente, la bateria dura poco mas de 3 horas usando varias aplicaciones y musica. ;Muy recomendable

Elideth Franco: Excelente producto relación precio - calidad, ultra ligera , súper rápida, calidad de los gráficos excelente!, buen procesador!, la batería 🔋 dura de 8-10 horas. Trae versión gratuita y básica de office. Cada día presenta un lugar distinto del planeta en el fondo de pantalla lo que hace agradable el inicio de cada día. La calidad de la cámara 📷 ES MAGNÍFICA!! La recomiendo ampliamente!.
Lo que deben considerar es que no me dejo realizar factura de este producto ya que es de importación de hecho llego de Costco USA, me regresaron $18 pesos de impuestos 1 mes después... y aún no me dan respuesta de cómo puedo generar factura.
Por eso le pongo 4 estrellas.

Alberto Garcia C.: Utilizo este producto para clases en línea y la duración de la batería es muy baja, de 2 a 3 horas en promedio, por lo que tengo que permanecer conectado con el cable la mayor parte del tiempo.
Todo lo demás, muy buen equipo.
