HP 24" All-in-One Touchscreen Desktop PC with Intel Core Processor

pennreporter: I don't have any dislikes. I went with this one as opposed to a different one because of the operating system on the recommendation of my son-in-law. It has the AMD Ryzen system. It has been good so far. Biggest complaint is that I thought the keyboard was wireless. I knew the mouse wasn't. So I am using my wireless keyboard and mouse from my old desktop. I also wish the more USB connections were on the side, as my older Sony Vaio all-in-one was. Everything is on the back. Only one USB is on the side. So I have a hub plugged into that in order to make everything more accessible. Audio jack is still in the back.

Monty Jose: This was fairly easy to set up , and very light in weight even compared to laptop. Ryzen 5 is fast and glitch free. The fan is a little noisy but ill get used to it I'm sure . Shipping was as promised and arrived on a Sunday by USPS. Ill make a follow up review in a few weeks to see if all is still working well. I had to download an older printer drivers but that went easy too. All in all I would would recommend this HP all in one to everyone who needs a good home computer with a nice large 24 inch screen.

Flora & Fauna Lady: While setting up the computer I had a question so I called HP who offered to take over the set up. That made it super easy and a great time saver. If functions beautifully. It's easy to use. Virtual meetings have good quality picture and sound.
The only thing I'd change would be for this All in One to have Office already installed instead of only having it available on the cloud. I downloaded it from the internet so now I can store on my hard drive instead of only in the cloud (which is my preference).

carol e.: This was purchased for the larger screen to replace a Surface. My husband was having a hard time with such a small screen. He is very happy now. I replaced the keyboard with a yellow one with bold black letters and he has the option of a touch screen which is an important feature. It is a beautiful addition to our den. The new office chair arrived yesterday, was quickly assembled and completed the work area.

LOVE shopping with Amazon. I can always find whatever I need without going store to store.

MGVFX: Purchased this all-in-one for my wife's home office to do light computing and video conferencing. The overall aesthetics are very nice and the fan is pretty quiet, even when it ramps up during more cpu intensive tasks. I chose this one over several other similar HP models due to the fact it uses the AMD Ryzen 4500U processor, which is a pretty decent performance jump from the much more ubiquitous 3500U. The screen is matte and display is sharp and bright. However, the webcam quality is abysmal. The pop-up feature is clever, but the video is extremely grainy with distracting color noise. Unfortunately we will need to purchase an external camera, which kind of defeats the purpose of a sleek all-in-one to reduce visual clutter and cables. Another annoying discovery was that it's only upgradeable to 16gb of memory although the product description stated it was upgradeable 32gb (which was corrected after I purchased it).
