C.Miller: Item was listed as new (It was). No details on keyboard and mouse included. Fortunately, despite generic statements, they were the standard new items. But not the preferred keyboard. No way of separately upgrading to full numeric keyboard, except buying it separately and then having an expensive redundant one left over, (an extra $150 added to cost to get it). OS one generation behind. Required need to set-up the computer, as reveiced, and then another several hours to download the latest free upgrade version and then go thru the setup all over again.

Cristina N Miller: Just purchased the refurbished Apple 2020 iMac with Retina 5K Display (27-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage) which was sold not by Amazon, but by 6th Avenue Electronics in New Jersey. Although next day Amazon Prime delivery was not available since it was sold by a seller outside Amazon's control, the shipment was received within 48 hours and a signature was required by FedEx. Although the package was not an original Apple box, the shipping container used by 6th Avenue Electronics was very secure.
The computer itself was EXACTLY as described and except for some very minor scratches, the computer looked brand new. The computer also came with new original Magic keyboard, Magic mouse2 and USB cable. Additionally, the computer came with the original Apple one year limited warranty with the option to purchase Applecare within 60 days of purchase. Although I have only used this computer for a week, every function operates smoothly without any difficulty. The only suggestion I can provide in order to improve the performance of this computer is to purchase a Timetec 32GB KIT(2x16GB) Compatible for Apple DDR4 2666MHz / 2667MHz for Mid 2020 iMac (20,1/20,2) / Mid 2019 iMac (19,1) 27-inch...

J. Y.: At very close inspection, the computer looks brand new. Functionally, it is excellent (I immediately to Mac OS Ventura and configured it using Migration Assistant). It is important to note that this seller (6Ave) includes both the magic mouse and keyboard. Moreover, I confirmed that the computer has a full one-year warranty from Apple; it can also be extended to a full three-year Applecare program. I will update my review if some issue comes up, but so far I am very happy to have decided purchasing this particular unit.
