brobox: I am in the process of converting 75 drop ceiling Florescent lights to LED. There are 17 wire per light that have to be cut, stripped and reconnected to the main power. I was able to cut the time by 2/3 per light with HORUSDY Wire Stripping Tool compared to my manual hand stripper. Worth double the price, mine works perfect. What a time saver.

Richard G Watts: To be honest, for the price I did not have high expectations but these wire strippers have so far cleanly and easily stripped every wire of various guages and strand numbers that I have asked of it. A simple adjustable guide makes it easy to repeated strip off the same amount of insulation. I wish I had bought a pair long ago.

Alick M.: At first the tool was stripping the wire at the clamping jaws and not the stripping jaw hence a longer bared terminal wire than needed. On some cables it works fine yet on others it doesn't. I played around with the pressure adjustment screw but but still a clean strip was still hit and miss. I believe this is a major design issue with the jaws themselves. The rest of the tool seems very well made.
I have dulled the clamping jaws and it has seemingly fixed the issue.

James Rozelle: I'm not sure about large gauge wire, but this thing strips the insulation and take about half the cable strands with it. I don't know that I'd recommend buying it. It had all the stuff it was supposed to come with and its made fairly well I'd say, but there are def better wire strippers on the market. I'd rather purchase the old school clamp and strip TBH.

DaVil: This thing is great but my one issue is....what does the the knob for +/- do? It doesnt seem to do anything whether it's all the way in the direction of + or -. I assumed it had something to do with strength of the grip and pull..but that have any effect. So basically, this is good at stripping thicker wires, but for smaller wires, the blade just cuts the wire, no stripping.
