Amazon Customer: I weigh 216lbs, 5'4"... I ordered the 4XL and it was a good fit, except it was a little long for my torso (by 2 inches) it folds in the front when I sit. I do wish the 3 elastic bands started from the back and not the sides for a more snug fit but they do the job.

SC&RJ: After reading the reviews, I was really excited to purchase because I thought I had a good idea of what size to order… But I was wrong! I’m 5’4 - 230lbs & I ordered a XL (which is the same size I ordered from many other vendors on Amazon when I was smaller).. The the waist trainer is made out of is very soft & stretchy but durable! But on the very first try on (standing up) I was able to easily fasten it to the tightest hook… I would say, if you’re on the “evenly proportioned” side, order your shirt size.

Tara Gilbride: I was very excited to get this and of course it had you measure your waist 2 in above your navel and I did that and my waist is like 41 42 in and it said for me to order a 3X large and that's what I did but once you put it on and are wearing it it seems to stretch so it doesn't keep it tight so I think I need a size smaller like a 2X that's the only complaint I have and also one more complaint is that I don't like the straps because you can see it under clothing

Amazon Customer: Almost 2 weeks postpartum with my second baby and went from the outter hook to the innermost hook within 2 weeks.
The only thing I don’t like is the 3 elastic velcros don’t seem to stay tight. And if you try to make them tight, they’ll slowly bunch in the middle or the loosest part. Other than that my stomach has gone from looking 5 months prego to a little bloated.
Definitely better than the postpartum belly wrap I used after my first child.
