AK-N: So, now that I've had this for quite some time, I can honestly say that this is my favorite Amazon purchase to date. It installs easily and works like a dream. I've had no leaks and no issues. I've seen reviews that say the spray nozzle/head doesn't return to its original position after being pulled out, and I can't recall if it's in the directions or not, but all it takes is a twist of the spray nozzle/head, and the hose retracts it back to the faucet.
The absolute BEST thing about this is the finish. I ordered it in matte black because I used to be a cleaner and I've made a mental list over the years of finishes I would never, ever get. The black matte finish not only matches most styles, but hides EVERYTHING in terms of fingerprints, water spots, streaks - you name it. I can't say enough good things about it, and I will most likely switch every faucet I own to this.
And let's not forget, the price is lower than anything you can find at your big home improvement store, essentially making this the perfect kitchen faucet.

Allison Styles: Neck is crooked on connection to base. Sent email to support; awaiting response. Inside edges of handle are very sharp.
Update: Vendor shipped new faucet in two days. Appears to be better fit and finish!

Stephen Knoblock: So I needed to replace my contractor grade Delta "Grant" kitchen faucet. Looks like the versions today are all metal, but mine had a plastic pull out handle that over the last 20 years was worn out. I undertsnad they had a lifetime warranty, but we wanted to try this newer style.
Hardest part of the install was removing the old faucet. That used a bunch of brass and metal clips to hold it in the underside of the sink which was a pain. This new faucet is a piece of cake to install once the old one is out. It is sturdy in the install, and the entire mechanism is metal and seems tough.
Only "ding" for the review can be seen on several of the images uploaded by other reviewers--when the nozzle retracts, it is every so slightly cocked in the retracted position. perhaps a slight design chanage would address this. It's not objectionable, just noticeable if you are looking for it (I was because other reviewers had commented).
My wife likes it for the variety of install options--on/off handle to the left, the right, or facing you. You can set it up where the nozle control buttons are facing you or facing backwards just but twisting the nozzle hose.
