Janssen Wall: Seller has fast and reliable shipping. Unfortunately I've had this bike now for 6 or 7 weeks and most of the gears do not work properly. Right now I have it set to the single gear that works. It just won't change the gears when I want it to. It already needs a tune-up. Not what I expected.

SunflowerSunflower: If you are not a mechanic or knowing much about bikes, I strongly recommend not to order a bike online. Shops provide necessary service so save you a lot hassles. The rear inner tube burst when I finished assembling the wheel and tried to inflate. Though the seller mailed me the new tubes, the valve core of new tubes are much shorter than the original and made pump difficult, not mention the trouble of removal and fitting back of the real wheel and fine-tuning the brakes, etc. This is my worst online shopping experience ever.

Jeremy Harvey: I would recommend this bike to anyone who wants a great value. The bike is well made and looks nice and the price is well worth it. Unfortunately my bike had some shipping damage. The fork was bent when we took it out of the box. I contacted Hiland and they told me to get the fork replaced and they would refund the total. That is just what happened. I highly recommend the purchase of this bike and rest assured that if there is any shipping damage they will take care of you.

BrianBrian: I purchased this bike to pick up a hobby to help me quit smoking and couldn't be happier. Arrived earlier than expected and was easy to assemble. The first weekend I rode it 3.5 miles & 8.9 miles, I figured out where to make adjustments and how / when to shift gears (it's been over 24 years since I was on a bicycle). The only downside for me was the bike seat (the seat that came with it made my but sore after about 6 miles) and was a little rough going over bumps and cracks in the road (but that was due to a higher tire pressure). After ordering a new seat (I recommend the Everlasting Comfort Ventilated Bike Seat Cushion) and trying out different tire pressures it rides very well. My second weekend of having it I rode it 3 days in a row of 20-25 miles a day and my distance was only limited because I ran out of water. My legs feel like spaghetti (but I'm good with that) and my butt feels fine and found a few more things to tweak / tighten on the bike and installed a third water bottle mounted to my handle bars.

Casey M. Canfield: Digest form: price point hints at a slightly-above big-box store quality bike. Looks are deceiving. Bike is pretty but falls down on function.
Problem 1: disc brakes. Rotors were bent out of the box. They had to be bent back into shape. From there, adjustments were difficult as the hardware is made of soft metal that easily strips, even with a properly fitting hex key. I was able to get them to adjust and work properly with effort, but more effort than it should have required.
Problem 2: front derailleur and shifting hardware. The shifting hardware is the cheapest available from MicroShift, and it shows. Even after properly adjusting the cable tension and the derailleur limits, the left side shifter wouldn't shift from small to medium. Placing the chain on medium and shifting up to big works fine. I changed the cable, adjusted the mounted height and orientation of the derailleur cage, and went through the adjustment process multiple times. (hardware here is soft metal too, and WILL strip.) For now, I have a bike that can't use a full 3rd of the gear options because it won't shift up out of the lowest position.
Problem #3: front suspension. This is only an...

L Au: This is a great bike. I was a bit hesitate in the beginning to buy online because I have to assemble it myself and I don't know how good the quality is. It will be a big hassle to return it even it is free. But I shop around, it is not possible to find a bike that has the great look, aluminum frame, disc brake and double suspensions. This bike have everything I am looking for; also it has the 6 stroke wheels that make it look very cool. Assemble is easy, just the handle bar, seat, paddles and front wheel. But there is a small problem. The front disc brake was touching the pad and make some squeaking noise. I watched some youtube videos to fine tune the brake myself, i got it slightly better. But still have tiny bit of squeaking sound at a specific point when spinning the wheel. I took it to a bike shop, the mechanic said it was caused by the rotor wobble a bit. May be slightly bend. Since it is not stopping the wheel spinning nor slowing the bike down. It will eventually work it out by itself. No need to spend money trying to fix it. So, deduct 1 star for disappointment. Other than that, I also find the 2 levers gear switcher is much more easier to use compare to those turning...

Brad Morse: This bike is an absolute piece of crap. While the majority of the bike comes put together the parts that need assembly or adjustment are so tightly screwed together I stripped the cheap tools that came with the product just loosening them to complete assembly and configuration. The bike has cheap parts. The disk brakes took an hour to adjust (still not quite right with slight rubbing) and were slightly warped. The gearing is completely out of synch. The front derailleur was perpetually stuck in 2nd. It's taken hours to adjust and still does not shift properly. Plan on taking several hours to complete the assembly or budget resources to take it to a professional. I am completely disappointed and deeply regret my purchase. I would give this purchased product multiple negative stars if I could.
After spending several hours completing the Bike assembly, I grudgingly took it to a professional technician to review my work since I had lost all confidence in the product. The technician stated that the Bike appeared to have been assembled at the factory by "two blind men who had never seen a Bike". The brake disks were warped which he repaired. The rear derailleur was damaged during...

Michael RMichael R: I ordered two different bikes from HiLand. One is great and I have no issues with it. The other bike is disappointing - the H200 was supposed to come with shimano components but the front derailleur is a poor quality substitute that doesn’t operate properly. I’ve had nothing but problems in tuning the front derailleur. Very disappointing!

Amazon Customer: I received this bike on time and undamaged. The bike only took about 15 minutes to assemble and tweak the derailleur and disc brakes and it was ready to ride. Its a very nice looking bike, good frame and I was surprised how light the 6-spokes wheels are. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star is because the front hub locking skewer was the wrong part - it was about 3 inches too long. I was also a little disappointed that the rear hub is not a quick release (with locking skewer), but rather a conventional nut and bolt hub. My bad for not researching the Shimano derailleur gear used on this bike, it's just about the cheapest Shimano gear you can by and as a result, does not justify the $349 I paid for the bike. Only time will tell if the cheap Shimano gear will hold up. I've been riding the pretty hard, daily, for about 10 days now and it seems to be holding up well.
